Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Tracy

I'm not going to say much besides if you can go to a different Jack in the Box do it this place is not only extremely filthy on the inside and non-sanitary but I have literally watched employees on their phones and then turning around and grabbing people's food with their bare hands. I've complained numerous times and I've literally had the employees roll their eyes and say oh well go to a different javk n the box then. Wait time at this Jack in the Box is always very long even when there's not a lot of people there. None of the employees so far that I have met are friendly or seem like they even want to be there. If you do decide to go to this Jack in the Box avoid the drive-thru cuz I can guarantee you your orders going to be wrong and you're going to have to get out of the car anyways to go inside and have it fixed. I've gone to this Jack in the Box at least five times and every time I've had to get out of my car and go inside because they've messed my order up...you would think after the first couple of times I would have learned my lesson but I like to give people chances BUT after the fifth time we will NOT be giving another chance to do better because you won't get better...with this Jack in the Box what you see is...

I moved to Tracy two years ago, and have been going to this Jack in the box location off and on for the entire time I've lived here in Tracy Ca. I've always been satisfied, they get slammed in the driveway at certain times of the day and they have always gotten my order right and are polite. I wasn't going to take time to write a review until my experience earlier tonight on 9/19/17. I came threw the drive threw, they were very busy in the drive way. I got home and noticed I was missing two tacos and the got my fires wrong. This was the first time they got my order wrong since I've been coming to this location. I decided to call them and explain the situation. Alex, who was in charge of the night shift was very polite and told me they'd fix my order, just come back. Well... I came back and my order was ready and everything was there and correct and employee Jamelah was polite and fast. Honestly I was surprised they went that extra mile to please a customer. I give them five stars because from my experience they have always done a good job and even go the extra mike and fix...

The 11th St Tracy location needs help in more ways than one. When I arrived there was 1 car in the drive thru & no one inside so why did it take 15+ minutes to fill my order? My side salad lacked most of the ingredients despite made fresh on the spot. I should have looked in my bag before leaving. My tacos were empty & greasy. The server attempted to give me salsa that was hot having sat on a shelf in plain view. When she disgruntingly went to the fridge for salsa, she tried to tell me "this doesn't have to be refrigerated" then why is it kept in the refrigerator? Remember I was the only customer at first now there's 6 others who haven't placed their order & I can hear the drive thru car horns blowing. There were 4 staff trying to run this location & it's now lunchtime. I just want out! I give them credit as the place was clean. Fast food is still food that should be palatable & service should be customer friendly. What...
