Parkside Creamery — Restaurant in Trafford

Usually when we come here it’s always a hit. Yesterday, my daughter and I went there for a treat. And let’s just say it ended in a disaster! I ordered a milkshake. Drank some of it on the way home. I instantly started to have symptoms of food poisoning! Headaches, stomach pain you know the whole 9. I won’t get into to much detail. Won’t be back for awhile! Wondering when the power was out if the products inside were properly taking care of or just re frozen and served!

Very professional I must add with your comment. I tried your “other” business because I thought to myself. Parkside is delicious, in hopes that would be as well. You have to be the owner of both establishments with how ignorant you’re being. Apple doesn’t fall to far from the tree I take it. Warning others so they did not become ill as well.

this place made me incredibly ill. i just read another review that it happened to somebody else, too and their response to them was pretty careless. yikes. i was going to just stay silent but being that its a common experience recently, i wanted to help others see the pattern. i dont know what is happening here but my gut is still in recovery. im not sure if it were the staff or the owner but whoever i talked to in person about my experience entirely disregarded me. i wouldnt even recommend this business to somebodys dog 🤮. shame on this business for publicly shaming people for a fault of their own ?? gross behavior. not sure if youre using expired product or if your freezers broken but i hope your issue is fixed before you get shut down for hurting the...

My friends & I made plans to go get ice cream & chose to come here. We looked up what time they closed & then made our way there. When we arrived we weren’t too sure if they were still open, but then saw a car in the drive through. So we parked & went to go inside but the doors were locked. Even though on their google site it said they closed at 9:45pm. So we decided to get back in the car & go to the drive though, but as we were backing out our spot the worker started turning off all the lights. It was 9:05pm.
