Cool River Restaurant & Tavern — Restaurant in Tredyffrin Township

We came in with a group of 12 and had an awesome experience at Cool River Restaurant and Tavern. Our server Bryce was fantastic—kept the drinks flowing and made sure everyone was taken care of from start to finish.

We started with a few shared appetizers: the ribeye quesadilla, wings, and the Cool River salad—all fresh and full of flavor. For my entree, I had the prime rib with a loaded baked potato, and it was cooked to perfection. Others in the group had the ribeye, filet mignon, and a burger—everyone was happy with their meal.

The kids in our group were just as pleased. They loved the mac and cheese, pasta with butter, and chicken tenders—great portions and kid-approved.

Great service, great food, and a great time all around....

Whoa... A hotel such as this has no business having a restaurant quite this good.

The food was top-notch. Everything from the caesar salad to the bread pudding was homemade. The beef ribs were expertly smoked. The cocktails, fantastic.

Customer service stood out from the crowd. Particularly our server, Relace, went above and beyond to make us comfortable. After 7hr on commercial jets, it was wonderful to feel so genuinely cared for...

I don't even understand... This business would make more $$ if they treated people like me less well... but they took care of me in every way.

The total experience was amazing our hostess Cheryl and server Mr.Relace were awesome. Now the food that was presented was world class. Beyond my expectations. The chief came out to see how the food was and it was so good I forgot where I was for a minute. Baby back ribs, Atlantic Salmon and bread pudding soaked in Markers bourbon with vanilla ice cream.
