7 West Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Trenton

Well apparently asking for wings to be cooked 18 minutes is uncomfortable to ask!! I meet my friends there weekly for wings. I brought about 20 people in there the other day. The owner calls to tell me to ask for extra crispy instead of 18 minutes because it makes the waitress uncomfortable!! And if I can’t ask for extra crispy then not to come in. That’s good business practices. Fatty slimy wings are nasty!! Needless to say I won’t go back!!!! Neither will my friends!

His response below is a lie. Not one single time did anyone ever complain or stand at a window with a timer. That has got to be one of the most idiotic things I have ever heard. We got along great with the staff. They even joked with us about the 18 minutes. We went every single week because we liked the wings and the staff. First time coming. Had a waitress by the name of Maddie. Watched our food set in the kitchen window for at least 10 minutes along with the table next to us food as well. Everyone’s food was cold. When I said something to the waitress she got an attitude, snatched the food off the table without saying a word, and stomped off to the kitchen window. It was very apparent she was complaining about us sending back one plate of food out of the 6 plates that came out cold. When she brought back the food I tried to speak with her kindly about what had happened. She kept cutting me off trying to talk over me.. still had a horrible attitude and never came back to our table for refills, to check on us, or to give us a check. Completely unacceptable after just trying to get a hot meal after a long day. This young woman should not be in the service industry and has a lot to learn about how to treat others. 7 west more like 7 best. With food fit for a king and drinks that could be mistaken as the nectar of a god, it's hard to find anything negative about 7 west. Every time I go in I order a basket of chicken tenders with some French fries and it never fails to fill me up while at the same time being absolutely delectable. Drinks wise they have never disappointed and I find myself returning every night, leaving my wife and child to sit at home and await Daddy's return, however 1 drink turns into 10 and when I come home I make mistakes.
