China One Buffet — Restaurant in Trenton

For the best dining experience I recommend coming during lunch or dinner hours if you show up in the in between hours you can expect to find the same food still sitting from lunch and/or dinner. The food that was available at the time I ate roughly around 2 PM was just warm and clearly had been sitting since lunch. On top of that when more people showed up and the dishes at the buffet started to run out there was no attempt made to refill any of the dishes. The wait staff was friendly and very prompt with service and the restaurant was well maintained and clean. However, with the quality of food that was served at the price we paid I can only give this restaurant a solid "just ok" rating. There are better options for Chinese...

Okay I'll start off by saying I was super excited to see that they were rebuilding. So I had my first meal there tonight after their grand opening first I will have to say about 50% of the food was room temperature 25% of it was lukewarm at best and the other 25% was hot. they sat me down in a booth directly next to the employees kids which continuously screamed and ran up and down the aisle way one of the boys ran into me three different times employees did nothing to quiet them down definitely not a way to run a probably will not be back again and you would figure for almost twenty bucks for one person you would have hot food and a quiet atmosphere...

Great Chinese buffet! So glad my neighbor recommended this place! We eat here about twice a month and the food is consistently delicious! Been to buffets that were twice the size, but half the flavor, so we have been super impressed with China One. The waitresses are always so nice to us and when one of our favorite items was not on the buffet one night, they offered to make some for us fresh, since they normally put it out, but had not yet.
