El Nopal — Restaurant in Trenton

We have patronized this place for quite a long time. Tonight the server was pushy and rude. When my wife tried to order, she was interrupted and Our son in laws order was taken instead. Our daughter asked for no onions in her meal and they added onions. The guacamole was just smashed avocado, no seasoning was added for the guacamole flavor. Our son tried to ask for a refill and the waitress told him "No, no, no" and walked away. The better response should have been to say, let me get your waiter. When I went to pay I tried to talk to the waiter and he became argumentative and told me " your English words don't make any difference." I guess I figure if my words mean nothing my money shouldn't either. We won't be giving them...

This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants and actually at the train and there's several where I live at but none of them compared to the one in Trenton Missouri. Normally I have a Grande Frozen mango Margarita. The chicken and rice with vegetables or rice with vegetables that has a creamy white queso sauce on it. It usually doesn't take much time to get your food there fast everything is fresh hot and delicious. There's a wide variety of Chicken shrimp pork ane vegetarian dishes. And I can honestly say I've never had a margarita as good and I have had there. Sometimes when I'm going to town I order takeout and they don't get that much and usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes for whatever...

Food was good service was super slow! Waiting to be seated when they had plenty of open booths was ridiculous over 15 minutes of waiting I just grabbed a menu and seated myself. After a decent meal waited around for someone to give me the check to pay finally after another 15 minutes of waiting I just walked up to the register and said how much do I owe! They seemed extremely confused and couldnt find my ticket until some shuffling around pretty sure I over paid for my meal but after all this I didnt care and just wanted to get out of there.
