McDonald's — Restaurant in Trenton

So this morning 03/17/23 I was ordering and in the middle of ordering I didn’t heard the person that was taking my order so I started saying hello, no one answered so am wondering to my self if he couldn’t hear me as well so I started saying it louder. He eventually came back on the line and I ask him respectfully why did he not say to me first that he was going to do something else and I should give him a minute instead of cutting my line. He told me he was attending to someone else I then said to him that it was ok but he need to say that so the other person knows what is going on. I then ask to speak to the manager she came and was tell me they are humans and I was screaming,I was trying to explain to her that I was definitely screaming not because I was angry but because I didn’t know what happened as he was taking my order and then I didn’t hear him anymore. The manager was very rude I couldn’t get to express myself because she was busy saying things to me that I did not say at all. She is unprofessional and she do not know about customers policy. She need to be trained over as her bad attitude will stop people from buying at that location at trenton on chamber street. To be honest I feel so bad for her knowing that she is working with mostly children and she act like them. She have no leadership skills. All she needed to say to me was am sorry about that and then pull her employee aside explaining to him that it’s ok to tell a customer to wait a-bit until he is ready to take the order. I was getting irritated she refused to listen instead she was talking over me, however it wasn’t surprising to me as I saw her in a argument once with a customer....

I just wanna touch on what happened today. I was rudely interrupted while having dinner with my family. Me and my fiancé purchased Prince, which is a food store right next to McDonald’s because we did not feel like eating McDonald’s today and we “purchased” McDonald’s for our kids. A darker complexion lady rudely stood on top of us screaming “ Excuse me, you are not allowed to eat that here” Her exact words. I have been coming to McDonald’s since they built this McDonald’s in this area. I have not one day, disrespected any of the employees because I know the general manager and he knows me and my family. I did not disrespect the young lady. I simply told her that what she did was uncalled for and very disrespectful. She embarrassed me in my family in front of everyone else inside of the store. I purchased something for my kids, so therefore I should not have to go through this, where I can’t have a meal that I bought outside. Which is not my first time. There were other people sitting down at another table with something else that they were eating, but she walked right past them and came over to my table. McDonald’s staff take care of this or else I will encourage my family members to never come to this McDonald’s again And you will lose a loyal customer. Don’t get me wrong. I have experienced great staff, but I don’t know what got into this young lady today to disrespect me the way she did and I have never once left my area untidy. I was on my way home from church with my mother on Sunday Feb. 16 2020 around 10:00 AM... I stopped at the McDonalds to get the both of us a cup of coffee...I told my mom wait in the car while I run in to get the coffee .My mom is 86 and doesn't walk to good anymore and I wanted to make sure her coffee was wright. There were no customers at the counter so I went up the the clerk said hi can I get 2 cups of coffee to go please ? She looked at me holding her head up with one hand and told me I had to go to the kiosk to order it.I said what really you can't get me 2 cups of coffee and she said you gotta go to the kiosk..I looked at the kiosk and there were 3 people waiting to place there orders ..I turned around looked at the clerk said thank you its ok I don't need anything and walked out..My mom asked me what happened and i told here..I told her it was ok...we drove down Broad St.in Hamilton and got our coffees there woth out any problems..I told my mom Im not going to judge that place but one employee but I might not be going there...
