I called the number to place a delivery order & the lady that answered spoke Spanish I informed her I did not speak any Spanish & she hung up on me. That was extremely RUDE. Then, I called back using my google translator informing her I’m using a translator & I need to speak with someone that speaks English to place an order. She gave me the guy that speaks English there & I placed my order for a delivery at 7pm. I noticed 7:29pm & still didn’t a call from him about the delivery so I called back at 7:41pm & the same lady answered I used my translator asking to speak with the guy again please & she sighed & kissed her teeth & kept me on the line for a while until the guy eventually ended up calling my number.

Her behavior was very unprofessional & distasteful. I shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience simply because I don’t speak Spanish. This is America, & good customer service should not depend on language.

Chicken parm was pretty thick and the sauce bitter.

I asked if the 7 layer cake had strawberry in-between the layers because I'm allergic and the waitress said "I don't know maybe raspberry or strawberry" , she didn't bother to inquire about it. Never had a restaraunt not at least double check. We ultimately chose a lava cake and it was probably the worst lava cake you could have had, which lava cakes are hard to f' up.
