THE VERY BEST PLACE IN TRENTON AREA,,, I AM A TRUCK DRIVER FOR 42 YEARS,, LET ME TELL YOU... WHEN IT COMES TO FOOD AND THE WAY THE RESTAURANT IS , INCLUDING THE BATHROOM,,, I GIVE THEM THE HIGHEST SCORE...OKAY ??? AND THE MANAGEMENT AND THE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THOSE IN THE KITCHEN,,,, THEY ARE DOING THE BEST TO MAKE SURE YOU BE BACK. GOD BLESS THEM ALL!!! I AM FROM A PLACE THAT IT TAKES ME 3 HOURS TO GET THERE, AND BELIEVE ME,,, ITS WORTH IT TO DRIVE THAT FAR. I WENT WITH MY DIRTY CLOTHES, AND I THOUGHT THEY MIGHT IGNORE ME BECAUSE I WAS DIRTY AND BY MYSELF,, AND AS SOON I OPENED THE DOOR AND WALKED IN,, IMMEDIATELY THE FIRST WAITRESS ""VERY POLITE"" AND RESPECTFUL WELCOME ME WITH THE RIGHT AND PROFESSIONAL WAY AND HELP ME TO ORDER THE FOOD "MY WAY" I WAS WATCHING EVERY EMPLOYEE AND, ITS SO NICE TO SEE A STAFF WORKING TOGETHER LIKE IF THEY ARE THE OWNERS, I AM TOO PARTICULARLY WITH THE FOOD EVERY WHERE I GO,, AND I DEFINITELY SAY... "" THEY ARE THE BEST"""" GOD...

If you have a family and want to go then go in the day time specially with little ones.

Great food, arroz con pollo is ALWAYS on point! So is the chifrijo and the olla the carne on cold days is a MUST!

The service was ok The waitress was nice enough, but seemed tired? Or like she just didn't want to be there not sure maybe she was having an off day? Idk but it was okish.

Also SIDE NOTE- look at your receipt because gratuity is automatically added to your check! This threw me off because I was about to calculate the waitress tip and then I noticed the tip was already added on there O.o so we almost left her double tip.We were only 3 people So no it was not a big group or anything for that to happen.

We left the area so we aren't around as much but I've gone to this place since it opened and it was a tiny place with the wood tables and all :) it has definitely grown a lot! But the food remains...

Simple service and superb attention. The waitressing staff was patient and very knowledgeable about the dishes. Although it is a costarican themed restaurant….the menus expands into more than just Spanish so you are not just limited to one style of cuisine. They must have an army in the kitchen or be super organized because waiting for food was no more than 10-15 minutes (I was there with a party of 20 people). The bar….very skilled bartender and not stingy. The drink portions were very good. (Ordered. Mojito and lime wasn’t powering anything…nor was the mint or the rum. It was just right). The bathrooms were clean…this is a very well...
