First things first, the owner is very unprofessional. She ruined my hair and over bleached it. Then made an excuse after I made a remark saying it was normal. My hair was falling out like crazy after they washed my hair out. My hair was so brittle. & dry even when I was wet. My hair felt elastic and thinner than usual. She wasn’t being gentle with my hair after washing the hair out, which is the worst mistake you can make while you have wet hair. I spent 7 hours in the hair salon causing me to miss work after I mentioned to her I had to be gone by 4pm. After I got home 7 hours later I realized there was still bleach in my hair. I washed it out myself. Paid $215 that day.

The next day I was scheduled to get micro link hair extensions. She noticed I washed my hair, I explained to her it was because there was still bleach and toner in my hair. She was annoyed I washed my hair then I explained to her what had happened. Again she made an excuse. (Btw I have a keratin treatment so my hair was smooth and straight reguardIess) But I stayed quiet and continued to be sweet. I heard her making smart remarks to her coworkers. Again. I ignored her.

Same day later at night: When I saw my hair at home I noticed the hair didn’t match the extensions that SHE ordered for my hair.. I had paid a little over $1000 in total for her to dye my hair, the extensions, & to install them. & no that is not including the tip I gave Yojada. I tried contacting her via WhatsApp, and told you my hair didn’t match. She did not want to fix unless I paid another $200 or more for her to dye my hair again..🤨 because SHE didn’t do it right the first time. I REFUSED. I have had enough. This is my experience with the owner of Yoja Lounge and I will never. Come here again. Not to mention she kept an extra pack of extensions that I paid for with my card and when I asked her about it she said she used them all.

She took a video of my hair and it looked Good but I’m reality this is what it looks like.. Would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy....
