I placed a mobile order 15 minutes ahead of time thinking I'd be smart and skip the wait. Big mistake.

When I arrived, I waited. And waited. And waited almost 50 minutes with zero communication from staff—not even a courtesy update or acknowledgment that I existed. Meanwhile, walk-in and drive-thru customers came and went, served with the urgency I had hoped for when I used their app.

Let’s be clear: the food is adequate. It's Rally’s. No one's expecting fine dining, just speed and basic respect for time—which they completely fumbled.

What’s worse is the blatant disregard for mobile orders. It's as if using their system puts you at the back of the line behind everyone else. Why even offer mobile ordering if your staff treats it like a joke?

This experience was not just inconvenient—it was disrespectful. Time is valuable, and if a business can’t be bothered to communicate or prioritize customers who order ahead, they don’t deserve...

Went to pick up food from here for Doordash. Told the lady working the name of the order. She gave me the wrong person's order. Told her, she said they didn't have that order. Called Doordash and they sent the order theough again. I asked the man working if they got the order, he asked the lady and she said, "Yea, a minute ago but she drove away," to the man. I told Doordash they had the order. While waiting for the food the lady answered her cell phone and looked like she was yelling at someone. I waited, the lady handed me an order, it was the wrong order...again. I told her the name, for a third time now, she said they didn't have an order for that name. I called Doordash...again...and had them just cancel the order. This was the most ridiculous experience I've ever had with any place. Never delivering or...

So, I have a few different standpoints. I used to work there, but I'll try to not make it personal, I will try to feel like I am just a customer. The food is hit or miss, if you get it from doordash I beg if you don't. You wait for so long, by the time you get it, it's too cold or super hard. The service depends on the shift and day. There are certain people in there who is a minor, but is more respectful, and smiley than any of the adults. The atmosphere depends on if you go in, if you go inside, you will be served last if there is anyone in the drive thru. When I worked there I was yelled at because I wasn't even fully trained on a lot of things, and I was not made aware that certain things were done certain ways.
