McDonald's — Restaurant in Troy

Tonight we took our nephew to McDonald’s in Troy, Pa. We honestly just expected the normal experience with a two year old but what we seen was much much more. As we stood in line behind a woman with 2 small children eagerly awaiting their happy meals, when the woman realized she did not have her debit card. She apologized and told her children they would have to come back tomorrow. As you can imagine, the children cried as she took them to the door, obviously very upset. It was at that moment when the woman working at the French fryer turned and asked the cashier to stop her. The cashier had the woman come back and told her an employee was going to cover her bill. I watched Christa come from behind the counter and use her own debit card to pay for the families meal. I heard her say she had children of her own so she understood. I just want to say that heart smiled when I witnessed such an act of kindness to a complete stranger. I truly hope that the kindness of your employee comes back to her ten fold. Thank you Christa, the world needs more...

This place has really gone downhill…anytime I go my order is messy and not right. I order a special mcchicken with my free item and paid an extra amount to customize it, and I didn’t get the right sandwich. I called and complained a month ago about my messy burgers missing pickles and was offered a free meal if I told them but why should I trust them to correct it when they ALWAYS mess up? This is clearly a grill staff issue as I worked at this establishment for a while and know how it runs. Managers, please manage and enforce good work in your establishment because it’s pretty clear someone is running a loose business. Also ordered two pies an hour before closing which take ten minutes to make and they refused to make them and I got no refund or replacement, great...

My last 3 times coming here have been awful experiences. The one time I waited 30 minutes at the drive thru speaker before anyone even came to take our order. The second time I waited probably about the same amount of time at the speaker and then again waited 15 minutes just to get my food. When I left and opened my box to my Big Mac there was only 1 burger on it. The last time I got my order and drove home and ended up coming back with my receipt due to items missing. An entire bacon double burger, bbq sauce and 2 chocolate milks for the kids happy meals. Not to mention most of the staff is straight up rude. I had 3 large drinks on that order and she tried handing them all to me. I had to ask for a drink carrier which apparently comes free with a...
