We decided to order delivery last night after a heart wrenching day of searching for my 12 year old daughter who went missing that morning. Yes, she was later found safe! After everything all day and all the chaos, the last thing anyone in my family wanted to do was cook! We had a coupon for a $21.99 special and ordered an extra hoagie with it. When we ordered, I made sure to tell the man taking the order to have the delivery driver bring change for a $100 as that was the smallest bill we had. When our food was delivered, my husband went out to meet and pay the driver, who made it a point to tell him she was pregnant (not sure if that was a tactic to get a bigger tip or not!). She told him the total which was $32. He handed her the $100 and the coupon telling her to keep $10 of the change as a tip. She handed him his change which she didn't let him count. When he started walking in with the food he looked at the change and knew it was short but when he turned around to say something she was already pulling out and leaving. We immediately called Fino's to let them know we were short exactly $32 change. She charged us double for the order! The manager who answered couldn't be bothered and gave us the run around. When we called and spoke to the owner today, Dante, he insisted the driver was a "good girl" and she claimed the change she gave was correct. Like she'd admit to pocketing an extra 32 bucks since she's pregnant and all! The owner said he'd split the difference and give us $15 back. I told him that's fine and appreciated but SHE should be responsible to pay us back the full amount since she's the one that double charged us and pocketed that extra $32! He said there was no way he's "eating $64"! Where's he eating $64??? Needless to say we will NEVER order from Fino's again and we will make our friends and family who order from there aware of our horrible experience and the awful customer service not just from the driver and manager but the owner himself! The food and specials may be good but if you have a driver stealing from your customers and an owner that berates the customers when they call to voice their concerns over incorrect charge because let's face it! $32 is a HUGE mistake to make for incorrect change! This is an establishment we won't be patrons of again!...

April 2019- Ordered a 12" hoagie, 12" chs steak and 3 chicken fingers and fries. Got off the phone with them at 5:33pm on a tuesday night, and they said it would take 45 minutes. At 45 minutes me and my son went outside to wait. By 6:39 we called to find out where our food was and the lady just said he left a little while ago. We said the foods been cold the past 2 times we ordered and She just said sorry and dismissed me. I've worked in a pizza place, what we ordered takes 5-10 minutes to cook, and Google maps says were only 8 minutes away (3.5 miles). And on top of it we were tipping $15 for a $30 order each time, this time we only gave him like $3 for a $20 order. He got here at 6:50, an hour and 20 minutes after I put in an order that takes 10 min to make. He said it took an extra 10 min cause he had 2 orders to deliver before us and that they won't be cold cause they were in a hot box. Of course everything was cold and the fries were soggy from sitting so long. Super disappointed cause the food is good and a great price...

Their delivery service (not DoorDash or UberEatsā¦their own people) is the best! The food gets to you hot and delicious. Their salads are so much better by far in the area. Everything is home made. I highly recommend their soups, salads, hoagies and cheese steaks! Iām not a big pasta person but their Chicken fettuccini Alfredo is awesome. And they donāt pound down the chicken paper thin like some other restaurants do in the area (post-COVID). (I live literally less than a 1/2 a mile from 4/5 other pizza joints in Qtown and I wonāt even consider them anymore). Iāve been ordering from Marco since Dante sold it to him and I never would have imagined the service and food could get any better (no diss on you Danteā¦..you were awesome too!).
