Starbucks — Restaurant in Trumbull

I ordered a strawberry açaí lemonade and a mango dragonfruit refresher at the drive thru. When I ordered the lady on the other end had a bad attitude and said she couldn’t understand what I was saying. I will say I have a bit of an accent so I understood. However, when I pulled up to get my order I originally received a mango dragonfruit lemonade and a blended strawberry drink which I did not order. I told the lady that I did not order a blended strawberry açaí, but instead a regular strawberry açaí lemonade. Instead, of honoring my request because I was letting her know nicely she proceeded to tell me that was what I ordered because I said blended. I told her that it wasn’t what I ordered, unfortunately, And she proceeded to take the drink away from me and she threw it into the trash. She didn’t say a word and when I received the drink back she gave me a strawberry açaí lemonade with no strawberries which is usually how they come and she was very rude about the scenario as if I intentionally was trying to be difficult. Its not like I’m getting a free drink or anything either because she threw the mistake away anyways. Regardless, my advice is if you are ethnic and have a bit of an accent, beware of this location because I felt out of place and discriminated because...

This morning I ordered on the app because my wife really wanted the Caramel Brûlée Latte, and I planned to get a regular coffee. The app had ALL options for a regular brewed coffee as unavailable, so I decided to get myself a Gingerbread Latte and added 2 shots of espresso. For the 2 drinks, it was over $15, which is what it is, but BOTH drinks were filled only about 75% of the way. My latte with 4 shots tasted like straight milk still. Terrible experience after not having regular brewed coffee and having to pay more for a drink I didn’t really want, and to get underserved with both cups. It would be one thing if either drink was close to the top, but you could have easily fit both into the next size smaller and probably still not be filled to the top. I suggest going to Plaskos instead, they at least give you the full amount you pay for and their drinks are just as good,...

6/3/24 Trumbull Starbucks: UNSANITARY

Don't go to the Trumbull Starbucks unless you want to get sick. My sister and I were next in the drive thru line, waiting for our drinks (Vanilla bean frapp and an iced green tea). We saw that the car in front of us got our drinks. They handed the drinks back to the staff member, then recieved their own. We pulled up and kindly asked for fresh drinks because it's gross to recieve drinks that were in another person's car/handled by other people. Nick, reassured us that they would be freshly remade. He took them to the back, held them there for 30 seconds, then handed them to us, passing them off as new drinks. They were not....they were the same drinks...and he lied to us with a smile...TWICE! Please don't go to this location or take drinks from Nick, because he does not care about...
