Bamboo View — Restaurant in Tucson

I want to give it 5 stars cause the food is great but they have a girl there (Latina) at the front counter that is just LAZY and RUDE!!!

My daughters drink had something floating in her cup it wasn’t a big deal so I asked her to gets us a new cup cause she was closest to us and was wiping down the counter (next to the cash register and soda machine) mind you we were bout 4 to 5 feet from her at the nearest table to the register yet I had to call her 3 times and I know she heard me the first and second times cause even the ladies across nearby the door from me looked at me like why doesn’t she turn around and just shook their heads (it was just them and us in the place).....the third time I cuffed my hands around my mouth (like I was at a damn UofA game) she looked gave me a look like why am I bothering her , she waltzed over with attitude, I told her there’s something floating in the cup, she inspected it as if I was lying and till she saw it she Said okay and brought us a new one with her gracious don’t bother me again attitude.

Anyhow all the food is great!, the other staff is wonderful and very nice and courteous!

If and when we go back to this establishment I just know never to ask the cashier girl for anything and maybe they should consider re training her or letting her go cause she has no customer service skills, she is lazy, rude and does not make the customers feel like they should return.

Edited to add today 5/18/2019 and had a 5 star experience but changing my 3star review to 4 so that the owner sees that first impressions are everything and the first experience was not good due to the last girl.

But I digress!!....today was 5 stars!

I Went in to get an order to go cause as I said before the food is that good and I was attended by cashier Faith and let me tell you that girl is awesome she is such a pleasant change from last time and then Jenny is the sweetest even last time she was awesome! I’m so glad we went in again so I am changing it to 4 stars instead of 3 ... thank you ladies...

Waited on delivery for about 30 min when quoted 20min max... we called and checked on the delivery. After stating that we wanted to pay over the phone instead of when it was delivered to our door, and you have my address on file still correct. We were told to give our card number again and they charged for a delivery fee!! Seriously your person who answered the phone took 10 min to take a smiple order then messes up which type of order it was you want to charge more for delivery!! Update about an hour later... So not only was half the food(full of meat) leaking and leaked all over food for a vegetarian. They also didn't bring an item we order and we are now forced to wait an hour and a half for the item. I am also sick from the egg drop soup which I could distinctly taste the metal from the pot which tells me it was the soup from the bottom of the pot... No apologies for any of what's happening.. never again. Won't be ordering from here. I never updated on anything. So not only was delivery and hour and a half, then they didn't have 2 more items that were ordered. We then had to wait another hour and a half to get those other items! The next day all of us(6 people) got very ill and couldn't go to work. When I called to speak to a manager the next day I was told that there were no managers(on a Saturday) and never got...

This used to be our go to Chinese restaurant . It has gone so far down hill I will never go back! Food is greasy poorly prepared and not at all tasty. the combination plate I ordered came with so much sauce it got in to all the other food causing the egg roll to be soggy and uneatable , My son got sweet and sour chicken while eating a piece he found a long black hair in the breading, he would eat no more of his dinner, We ordered delivery the food was late by 15 minutes and cold the hot and sour soup was starting to gel. I called the Restaurant the next day to com-lain and tell them about the hair , The manager was very abusive wanted to know why I didn't call that night ( I did try but no answer) she accused my of trying to steal the food, I simply told her I would contact the health dept and hung up. 10 minutes later she is at my door ( No I didn't know she was coming) At that time she apologized for the problems and offered us a new complete order We agreed and set Wednesday the 3rd. was due to arrive at 5:30 My wife called earlier that day to check that we were still getting it, we were told yes. We waited until 5: 45 and called to check on the expected time of arrival and no one knew about the order, long story short we got it at...
