Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

Always long wait times even if you order ahead and schedule a time. Customer service is horrible. Very bad service to ight and when I called and spoke to the manager he said "I hope you have a better experience at these other Little Caesars". Seriously. To start, the gentleman at the counter had know idea of who was waiting to order and when I pointed out myself and one gentleman in front of me still needed to order, he ignored me and helped a gentleman walking in the door. After taking that order went in back and made casual conversation with his co-workers. Came out and finally took our orders. Told me mine would be $19 and change for one pepperoni pizza $5 and an Italian cheese bread $4...he ended up charging me $12 something and took my name. Being frustrated I guess I didn't notice at the time that he still over charged me. The cheese bread was visible maybe 4 orders. There were Pepperoni's ready as well. I wait 10 minutes and watch 2 people walk up to the counter and place orders for pepperoni. They pay he hands them a pizza. So I speak and say I have been standing here waiting pepperoni and cheese bread. He said "no. You are waiting for crazy bread." I said "no, I ordered cheese bread" he hands me the cheese bread and stares at me like I should be leaving. I said "my pizza" he grabs it and says "oh". To top it off the pizza and cheese bread we're far from fresh. The sticker on the box said 5:26 and I was in there at about 6:30 (so was this sitting there an hour?). It was dried out. Ido not care that I live directly across the street I will drive 2 miles down the road and like the manager I hope I get...

The pizza was OK... It was hot and fresh ... BUT... It had bubbles everywhere and was definitely a little over done!! The service started out great.. Until I realized I was being charhed xtra for EVERYTHING I asked for including the sauce that iis supposed to come with the breadsticks!! Lmao!! Also.. The commercials say its gonna be Hot... Fresh & Ready... Umm... Yeah... No 👎 So.. I was told 10 minutes.. I come back... He is Gone and the new girl at the register has NO idea that Im waiting for a Cheese pizza and Breadsticks w/sauce... So.. She starts an argument with me.. As Im standing there... With my receipt from 10 minutes ago in my hand trying to give it to her.. BUT... She just NOT havin it... Lmao.. So.. In comes the Mgr and Out I walk with 2 Cheese pizzas... 3 sauces and 2 types of breadsticks... Lmao!!😊😊 I never even reaised my voice... Nor did I ask for the xtra food!! Hee hee!! Sooo... Thanks Little Ceasars... I shared the wealth and fed the homeless people outside in the plaza who were begging for food ince there are are only 2 people in my household!! I was treated so well in the end!! Thanks...

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in today at approximately 6:25 PM. I tried to order a cheese pizza. I was advised that if I ordered anything other than a pepperoni pizza it would be over an hour wait because they were running low on Pizza dough. I don’t know how that makes sense since making a pepperoni pizza is the exact same process as making a cheese pizza. But that’s not why I’m giving them zero stars. The cashier that helped me was being completely unsanitary. She went into work sick, she was coughing everywhere, blowing her nose, not washing her hands. At one point I saw her go to the back where the pizzas are put onto the pizza boxes and she was handling pizzas without washing her hands. I requested a refund and then I advise the assistant manager of why I was requesting a refund and he did not care. He did not apologize or addressed the issue with his employee.
