Starbucks — Restaurant in Tucson

I have been to this location since they have opened many times.. every time my order is off.. today I ordered 3 drinks. The cinnamon dolce latte did not have any syrup. The frap tasted like a milk shake with no coffee and the iced latte had enough syrup for 4 drinks.

It's disappointing to pay 25 dollars with a tip for 3 grande drinks and none of them are made correctly..

The idea of waiting in line through the drive-thru again or going inside and having to stand in line for them to remake drinks that should have been made right the first time they made them is unacceptable..

And yes I'm aware I could have taken the drinks to another location and asked them to be remade the point is I should not have to.

If you're spending money on Starbucks and looking to get a good coffee, please avoid this location they do not know how to prepare their menu items correctly.. Based on reviews this is a consistent problem that management...

Our family is a frequent here at this location. But today was really disappointing. Drinks are always spot on, visually appealing and made with care. But today my simple order was not made at all how it was supose to be.(part husbands fault too for not checking.) But this drink was suppose to be made with oatmilk was not, so unable to drink it. Second this is how it looks! No ice in the cup, half full of matcha cold foam not even a hint of strawberry in there and the rest is just milk. Only bad experiences here. We order a venti tea and ask to split between two cups because our seventeen month old likes when we "order" him a drink. He does not like seeing us split the drink, he gets upset. So you guys will give us the extra cup but cant just put some of it into another cup? The only Starbucks that won't just pour it between two cups. If we wanted a bigger drink we'd order a bigger drink. We just want it split between two cups. No extra drink at all.
