This Dominos is has the rudest customer service. I called multiple times to see where my order was at because my online tracker said it was âcompletedâ when it wasnât at all! I called and was put on hold for over 8 min so I decided to call from a land line and they answered with in two min said my order was on its way. 10 min, no pizza! I called again and waited in line finally the delivery guy answered said he was just here and who ever answered the door said they didnât order anything come to find out they had the unit number wrong instead of calling and confirming he yells at me tells me itâs not his fault the unit number is wrong and hangs up I call back was placed on hold then finally speak to Julie the so called Manager who was also rude I told her what was happening and instead of being sympathetic she was rude and said that I will have to wait till her other orders r finished and delivered i said fine can I have a ETA and she rudely placed me on hold then comes back to say 25-30 min and hangs up before confirming my unit number so here I go calling back again for the fourth time to confirm the unit number.    Read moreFemale staff (she didnât give her name) is extremely rude and will hang up on you. Ordered pizzas, sandwich and cinnamon twists with contactless delivery but no sauces were delivered. I had ordered online so I called the store and asked if anyone was coming this way with another delivery and could drop them off. The female staff member never answered the question and just told me she could refund me for next timeâŠI asked again if anyone was coming and said it doesnât do me any good to have half the order (point of cinnamon twists is to come with the sauce) and rather than answering me or even apologizing, she hung up. Maybe itâs petty but when youâre dropping $35 for an order (couple times a month), you could at least ask for someone who doesnât have the personality of a pit bull. We live close by but not within walking distance- hence ordering delivery. Iâll go out of my way now to order from somewhere else. Considering I live in a populated area, I donât see why dropping it off on the way to a delivery close by would be a big deal but apparently it is. Just lost a customer. Also, the food was terrible. I ordered chicken bacon ranch sandwich in addition tho the cinnamon twists.    Read moreOrdered two pizzas- pepperoni and veggie. After telling us it would be 20-25 minutes for delivery, it ended up taking over an hour. Which is fine.. but after waiting for more than an hour, and spending $50 on medium size mediocre dominoes pizza⊠both of the pizzas were doughy and cold in the center. We called letting them know the pizza was not cooked completely and we were met with instant backlash, automatically blown way out of proportion by the aggressive employee on the phone. I offered to come down and show them that the pizza was not cooked, as they basically told me it was impossible the pizza was not done. They further proceeded to threaten us with the copsâŠ. Over an undercooked pizza.. Iâve never been met with such disrespect from any company in my life. I recommend dominoes pull the recorded line and listen to this call because itâs a trip đ donât know what was going on with that manager, maybe he was having a bad night, but that phone call was absolutely insane.
