Update: Itās been over a year since the first visit/review so on April 15,2023 after 11pm, I decided to try this place again, as it was one of just a couple options that were open. I ordered the Carne Asada burrito to go. It was so much better! All the complaints I had before, slowly remedied in eat bite until half way through. I bit down on a yellow twisty bread tie in my burrito. So, although flavors have improved, Iām not interested in going back. Luckily, within a few blocks, there are much better options. Original Review: New store! Which means clean, delicious food to try. However, our experience was lacking. 1st issue was the price. At almost $10 a burrito, we expected a lot. Our other local favorites are usually between $5-7 for Carne Asada and $5 or less for a breakfast burrito. Usually, comparable sizes to what we received here. I understand inflation costs but the product should show quality ingredients for that money. We got 5 Carne Asada burritos and 1 Bacon Breakfast burrito. So, letās talk about flavor. The bacon breakfast burrito comes with Eggs, Cheese and Bacon (No potatoes.) The majority of the filling was Eggs, which were unseasoned and bland. The bacon was fine, but sparing. The cheese was the only sense of flavor, but majority of bites were straight up bland eggs. The Carne Asada Burritos: comes with Carne Asada, Guacamole and Pico de Gallo. The carne was diced small, but over cooked and insanely salty. Almost as if the carne was only seasoned with salt. The guacamole and pico seemed to me, as just avocado sauce and onion. It was okay, but bland. Good thing since the Carne was so salty. In summary, wasnāt nearly worth the expense to be so disappointed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have come four time slow service does not explain it all four time this is not fast food. 1st time one car in drive through and just me inside and it took 20 minutes to get food. 2nd time no one in drive through and two people inside ahead of me chili relleno plate and bacon egg burrito 30 minutes. Food was great. 3rd time beef tacos were over cooked and greasy and just one person ahead of me took 20 minutes. Tonight I pulled up to drive through speaker and waited 15 minutes to order there were three cars ahead of me and a line behind me. The cashier had her mic on so I could hear her take two orders from people inside. I could hear her talking to cook and chatting but she couldnāt hear me. I tried my horn nothing let her know I was there. I got out of car walked into lobby no customers waiting to order. I asked her if she knew her mic was on and we could hear her and that I had been waiting for 15 minutes to order in the drive through. She apologized and I went back to my car. I get there and she is yelling is there anyone there. I told her you have to let me walk back to my car. I ordered and waited 40 minutes for food. Food was good but messy dinner plates leaked all over bag and got burritos soggy. I have even tried calling I. The order early so I donāt have to wait but they donāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was really looking forward to this place opening here in my neighborhood. I have went 3 times and unfortunately I won't be going back. The 1st time I got 4 beef tacos. Each taco had like 6 strands of cheese and enough lettuce to make a side salad. Beef was good however so I returned later in the evening to see if the tacos were better on another shift. The sign said open but was informed that even though the sign said open they were in fact closed. The next day I stopped by after work and ordered 4 tacos and 2 bean and cheese burritos. This time it was even less cheese on the tacos and more lettuce. The bean burritos were room temperature and had beans oozing out of the tortilla very sloppy and we had to reheat in the microwave. I was very disappointed and I won't be back and I would urge my neighbors here in Rolling Hills to avoid this place as they are very stingy with the cheese and don't seem to take pride in the food...
