*update I returned explained my experience and was given the 2 missing items. which is a little disappointing as I was not offered a free cone or even my money back. considering I couldn't reach corporate nor the store over the phone. I had to get down to address the problem. ** placed my order of 1 ice cream cone 2 double cheeseburgers. received my cone and asked to park in front to wait for a hand delivery of 2 sandwiches. as I was parked and waiting lunch hour had began to pick up and I had to pull into Ajo to allow other patrons to enter and I turn on to Kinney and return to my waiting spot. I sat waiting, waiting still some more, finally an associate walked out passing my vehicle and approached a parked car with a designated sign for waiting customers to receive their order, I waited still some more, I pulled the number from Google Maps, no dial tone,I found my receipt and called the number on the ticket, still no dial tone, I sat waiting and noticed other customers wanting to leave so I had to make a decision, 1 leave and return after completing the rest of my work day.. having had no lunch or 2 continue waiting/ enter store/ return much later than I intended too be for my employer, while dealing with the escalating traffic that I was obviously going to stand behind. so I made the most reasonably decision and left without eating lunch. here's my receipt. I'm certain that my order was given to the wrong driver and assuming that a shortage in patties is what hindered anyone from realizing the mistake in time I figured it was my fault anyway at least I got an ice cream cone for $7.19. it's too bad they served it light due to the 99¢ promotion it's on. ultimately the reason for a 1 Star review is because I couldn't go lower. not having a working number is the final problem. even now 9 hrs later at home is infuriating and I'm inclined to take offense for the inconvenience, and over priced melting cone. I'm not going back to relive the setbacks I had to deal with. and submitting the survey feels insulting...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars for service and atmosphere I would. My receipt shows I ordered 4 bacon mcgriddles and 1 sausage mcgriddle. Once I received my order, I had 3 bacon and one sausage. I pulled around to the front of the store and went in to let them know my order was wrong. I had already handed everyone else their food so they had eaten majority, if not all of it by the time I talked to Destinee. Destinee proceeded to tell me how wrong I was and I needed to bring the bag back inside with all the food. I went out to my vehicle but was unable to bring all of the food back because everyone had eaten majority of it however, I did bring back what I could. She then tells me there's no way I can prove that there were 2 sausage and 3 bacon and she was not going to fix my order that I would have to repurchase another bacon mcgriddle. My order was already 48 dollars. Now she wants me to spend another 6 dollars on another mcgriddle when they got my order wrong!! This used to be by favorite McDonald's!! Not anymore!! Destinee was extremely rude and very unwelcoming from the beginning. She does not smile at anyone, not a single customer. She needs to go back to training on basic customer service skills!! 90% of customer satisfaction is how people are treated!! I wonder how much money she is costing this store because of her unprofessional demeanor! Destinee do better! McDonald's, please reevaluate your employee as this is going to cost you a ton of money in lost customers! I will not be coming back here and I will tell every single person I know as well, so they can take their business else where. Read moreThis restaurant is located at Ajo and Kinney Road. I visited this location on April 13, 2018 at approximately 2:00 PM; the restaurant was not busy at the time; there appeared to be a sufficient number of employees on shift; and yet I received the worse customer service possible.
I was never greeted when entering into the restaurant...almost felt unwelcomed from the beginning although there were employees mulling around in the lobby.
An employee was taking an order from a customer in front of me...when she was finished with that customer she packed up her stuff and departed while leaving me standing at the counter waiting. Still no acknowledgement that I was there...
While waiting at the counter I overheard an employee that was in uniform but off shift ask someone behind the counter if there were "extra burgers " in the bag of food that she was waiting to receive. Still no acknowledgement that I was there or that I was waiting to order. Sounded to me like she wanted free food...
I do not use the self ordering menus / machines.
After 12 minutes of standing at the counter - watching the time on my phone - with no other customers in front of me...an employee finally came over to take my order. No "hello"...no "how are you?"...just "how can I help you" (paraphrased).
After ordering, went to fill my cup with sweet tea...well, it was empty (in the lobby) and had to go back to the counter to ask for tea. Received food...thought it was hot...but I thought wrong because nuggets and fries were cold. McDonald's fries when cold taste...
