Very disappointing after reading the good reviews. The atmosphere was not attractive, and it was not particularly clean. The glass entry doors were so dirty you could barely see in or out of them. We ordered the chicken and cashew dinner which had very few cashews and not a great deal of chicken. I rarely use soy sauce but it was pretty bland, so I used a little soy sauce on the dish. We ordered the family dinner, which was supposed to come with soup, a wonton, egg roll and fried rice. Instead of getting soup for two people we got one small bowl of soup. We paid extra for an additional bowl of soup, because the server insisted the family dinner came with only one serving of soup. The soup was very bland, so that was a waste of money. My soup had a piece of broccoli, which had a grayish tinge on one portion of it. Dumb I now know, but I cut that off and tried to eat it. It tasted horrible, so I spit it out. I told the server, and she said 'sorry'. We also got one wonton, one eggroll, and one small bowl of rice. We had to request more rice. This place has nothing to recommend it. Don't...
Read moreLet me start with, Mei Hon used to be very good place to pick up Chinese, until Covid hit. For some reason, Covid hitting has just given businesses the right to: 1-Raise the prices of whatever they're selling and 2-The more you pay the less you get of their product. Don't get me wrong, I love their Mongolian Beef and my sister loves their Three meat Egg Foo Young. So I called in an order yesterday for these two same dishes that we always order. One, when I opened up my chinese box it was 3/4's full and paid over $12 for it and my sister's order of the Three Meat Egg Foo Young, she had only 1 shrimp in the sauce, SERIOUSLY one shrimp!!! Needless to say, I called the and supposedly spoke with the acting Manager/Owner and her reply was that with the cost of things going up and that it was weighed out, this is what we're getting now. Well, I don't know about anyone else, but you should at least get a full order, not 3/4's for the price we're paying for now. As much as I love this place, I will be going somewhere else...

We started with the hot and sour soup and egg rolls—both were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous, and everything tasted freshly made to order.
