Arsenio's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Tulare

If you check out my Yelp page I am the official "Duke Dom" of this place! Love the burritos and the Pepsi lol but I honestly haven't tried to branch out besides having a chorizo breakfast burrito or the Asada Fries. I would love to try the whole menu but man! I love those damn burritos! The meat can be on point or sometimes too fatty. The green sauce is always incredible! I'm finding that my once love for the red sauce is slowly leaving me! It used to have this homemade taste but now is tasting store bought.. the habanero sauce is not one to be played with! That stuff is only for the hardcore want a sting in some places kind of eater! I used to get my burrito with everything i.e. "beans, rice, cheese, Pico, guacamole and sour cream with your choice of meat." But I found that getting it that way I was getting way more beans then anything! Or sometimes there would be so much guacamole that my burrito would lose its flavor! So I started getting them without and found my burrito to taste alot better! Plus add that green sauce and it's incredible! I have so much love for this place and the staff here! I will continue to be a regular but of course I got some problems with paying 12 plus dollars for...

This review is only for ordering experience as I ended up not ordering anything at all. First time coming here.

I asked for 3 tortas with no mayonnaise. Lady taking my order told me all their tortas have mayonnaise, since the cooks add it to the bread regardless. I asked if I could have 3 tortas made without mayonnaise, I could wait as long as necessary. She told me the cooks said they could not. I told her I was taking my big order somewhere else as I usually order $75+ of Mexican food at almost any restaurant.

This is the 1st place in Visalia/Tulare area I have run into this problem. All other places gladly take my order and modify it to my likings no matter how complicated it is. Although the lady was professional, I am never coming back...

This place used to be the best place for breakfast burritos but today 9/23/24 I do t know if the owner or original cook was off but what went from a five star burrito went to a 1 star. Made different taste was off portions were off leaked all over we the wrapping had to use the bag to prevent juice from getting all o we the place and the bag full of juice too. I won’t be back to this place anymore. I used to recommend this place to my friends this place was better than the other locations in this valley but in my opinion not any more.
