I was really impressed with this one, maybe in the top 25 of all time best skateparks.
It's such a big park with 4 giant separate bowls of varying sizes, and a big double parallel street course linked together with a pump track.
The place wasn't crammed full of things to skate, just a few choice featuresaid out really well. Great flow from top to bottom.
My favourite bit was the mellow bowl (picture 1). If this was my local I'd love to learn how to skate transition better here- the bowl sort of fades into just banks and hips on one half.
Such a shame that this was just a passing through 10 minute session at the start of a 4 hour drive with my wife. I could have skated here all day (although the general area did feel kinda sketchy- a couple of shady characters were hanging out at the park without skateboards)

Read moreTerrible design. I think they designed this on tony hawk pro skater video game. They just dropped a bunch of obstacles in random places. There are literally dead ends in the flow. Olli down some stairs - hit a wall. Hit a bank - run into a wall, etc, lol
This is what happens when you dont include the skateboarding community in the design. The bowls are beyond vertical, too crazy to ride, even for traditional bowl riders. Regardless, the locals adapt and can rock what they have. I give it one star the shaded tarps, and center piece banked bowl. Shout out to the homies in Tulare that kill it...
Read moreGreat recreational place for kids..something has to be done about the trash..and I personally like Graffitical ART. Counter productive or negative it says and shows the struggles of a community. Do I believe the skate park is the right canvas for either,..or,.Well if the rest of the world can.. and I quote" Graffiti the land with skyscrapers and graffiti the skies with night lights and satellites" then the canvas is irrelevant,
