Every single time I try to order the Big cheddar cheese burger they give me chicken instead? I'm starting to get pretty upset. I live far and my husband picks it up on his way home. Yeah he should have check his order but he specifically told the young lady a burger not chicken. Very frustrating when I'm craving this burger and end up with a different burger. Please tell your employees to check if the customer is asking for chicken or ground beef on this sandwich. Especially when they've already specified ground beef burger!! This is the 4th time! I had to pop in here a few times since I was stuck here for a few days over the Christmas holiday. Most of the time service was perfectly fine. But then I asked for an extra salad dressing.

I'd made my order online and changed from the default Caeser dressing to ranch. When I got my order I asked for an extra ranch packet, like I've done at other locations with no problem.

The guy told me it costs extra.

Well here I am writing a review that was necessary in order to try and save others from my same fate. It wasn’t the rude male worker who took my order that was the issue. I get it, you work at a fast food joint, no problem. Great customer service isn’t really expected in these sorts of establishments. The issue was the raw double burger I received. Took me a few bites to realize the meat in my burger was pink. Thought I’d be ok but here I am laying in bed going through the worst stomach pain I have ever experienced.
