I normally don't have issues with Tullahoma Pizza hut. However, tonight, I had to deal with the most rudest, disrespectful, and very ungrateful little boy as a delivery driver. He was given a $4.50 tip on a $14.82 bill. I did not have anything smaller than $100s except for the 10, 5, and 1 that I paid my bill with and gave the rest of the tip in silver. He did not have to count pennies. He could have walked away with only $0.18. However, he was given $4.50. and he looked at the silver as if he was disgusted with the fact he GOT A TIP IN CHANGE. Then, as he walked to his car, he proceeded to LOUDLY express his displeasure of his tip. I came outside, after hearing him all the way into my bedroom with the door closed as well as the front door closed, and asked him if he had a problem with a tip of almost $5 on a $14.82 bill. This is well over the 15% tip that is "APPRECIATED" but "NOT REQUIRED". He then pealed out of my GRAVEL drive spinning tires down my block. When I called to complain, I was only told, "Sorry about that", "Sorry about that." Yes, she ONLY said those 3 words as if it would make it all better somehow. I will be calling the higher-ups and reporting the evening crew and their total lack of RESPECT AND PROFESSIONALISM. Maybe Tullahoma Pizza Hut should hire more young people who actually NEED the job, and not to spoiled,...
Read moreI wish I could give this Pizza Hut on Jackson Street in Tullahoma Tennessee even one star Google requires that I do at least one star but I truthfully cannot the customer service from management was to say the least nonexistent and they could care less I'd ordered three Pizza Hut melts that were dripping with grease cold and hard as a rock I also ordered a big New Yorker Pizza that the pizza dough was raw and uncooked in the center it was also soggy and gooey but not in a good way I tried talking to management and they could care less so for that reason amongst others I cannot even give them one star I frequent this restaurant every other to every 3 weeks and when I do I spend between 50 and $70 in pizza and I have tolerated in the past decade with this store frequent employee shortages training deficiencies and issues with management but I keep coming back because I have ate at Pizza Hut in different parts of the country for 35-40 years and for a brief amount of time things get corrected but it always falls back into the same hole the same rut that it was previously in and for that reason I can't at this time see myself going back to this Pizza Hut as currently 8 hours since I tried to eat a slice of my raw doughy nasty Pizza my stomach is all torn up this morning from that...
Read moreI placed an online order for carryout and at the end during checkout it gives you an option to tip. Before paying I selected the no tip option so my total shown was the amount of the food and tax. I paid the order and went to the store and picked it up. A day later I see that my order total had been adjusted. I thought maybe an error happened where I got charged twice but after adding the total up I immediately thought someone added a tip to the order. I called the store and spoke to the manager and she informed me that a tip had been added. I explained that I never added a tip and that my receipt did not show one either. The manager continued to try to tell me that I accidentally added an tip when I know for a fact I did not because if a tip had been added on the app it makes you pay it immediately with your total. Instead of offering to give my money back I was offered a credit on my account. The tip amount ended up being over the amount I paid for the food, so the employee that added the tip added an over 100 percent tip. I support tipping but an employee adding a tip after the fact behind someone’s back is not right at all. Just putting this out there for anyone placing online orders to check your bank...
