Mattress Firm Tullahoma — Hotel in Tullahoma

The one star is for our salesmen in the tullahoma store he was great and I couldn't have asked for more from him he 100% did his job...we purchased a complete new set and pillows on the labor day Sale and paid cash in store almost $5,000 and we left the store very happy but sadly that's where it stopped..I could write a book on the delivery issues and lies and rudeness but to keep it short i am now 4 days passed my scheduled delivery date and it's now 9:35pm on the 4th day and I still don't have my bed ..we were told it's a subcontracted delivery company but wasn't told the name of the delivery company but I still hold this rating to matress firm because it is their decision to hire them ..due to trusting our delivery date and time when we set it in store we had given our previous bed set to a friend in need and they picked up the set the morning of our new sets delivery appointment so yes now my finance and I are sleeping on blankets on the floor. If you purchase from mattress firm I would highly recommend you have a way to pick it up yourself or hire your own delivery company. Absolutely ridiculous ! Not sure how our deal with the company will end up...

I had a great experience for my first time at Mattress Firm in Tullahoma, TN! Dan greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I explained to him all my sleep issues. He inserted information in his tablet, but here's the thing I loved...I actually had a real person right there to talk to me and to observe my sleep positions. I couldn't bring myself to buy a bed online, call me old fashioned! I wanted the experience and to talk with a person in front of me! Dan was very informative and I am confident he got me on the right track! Sleep is a big part of our lives and I do believe I'm gonna get there! Did I mention a 120 day sleep trial??!? Yes...I do highly recommend! I purchased and I do have a bit of a wait because I'm an old school full size mattress. That's ok! I'm very confident it's going to be worth the wait! Thanks...

I did not have the best experience with the mattress firm website. But the store manager of the Tullahoma was nothing short of amazing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed every mistake I made online and worked with me until I found what I think will be the perfect bed for me. He happens to have a prior background in the medical field and was familiar with health issues I have and what kind of mattress/ base would help me get a restorative night's sleep. He was very receptive to my concerns and walked me through everything. The store was well- maintained, organized, and clean. And as a side note, Robert (the store manager) is a kind person.
