We went here October the fifth on the Sunday at 1 o'clock. I had personally reserved the back party room explaining to them. The very least amount of people would be 20. They had about 18 seats ready for us with the whole back table already occupied with anot. We had no room and had to go to the outside. The manager came and never tried to compensate or do anything to fix that. He just told us we could sit down and wait until those people were done if we wanted to so we were all already there to celebrate my son's birthday so we just all went outside which it turned out well, but only because we made it that way, the little waitress was great. She did the best that she could, but that was the only thing about it. That was right, because I was shocked that the manager never tried to fix it. Take care of the problem or act cordial to as he just told us we could sit down And wait until the other group left but the other group had not reserved it for 1 o'clock. I had...so it was very unprofessional. And I'm shocked that he would not have tried to accommodate us when there were at least 25 of us. And we were clearly about to drop some money there and tips which we did both, but it wasn't because of the managing System there, so we will never do that again. Never will we go back because of the treatment There's plenty of Mexican restaurants and we can choose a different one, next time...
Read moreService is really good on a Monday (holiday sorta) at 3pm. Plenty of seating, comfy and has a very nice atmosphere. I would borderline line say this would be a great place for a cheaper date. Pictures show lighting is seen in pictures. Location is easily accessible and directly built onto a hotel 8. Was not impressed by the chips and salsa. Chips seemed some sort of hard budget brand you might find at big lots and the salsa just lacked something. Like it wasn't thick enough. Probably added water to it to stretch it or something. The guacamole was acceptable at this price range, no table service, definitely not made to order. Table service was great, prefect mix or attentive yet also giving me my space. Refills were done automatically not just for my table but I noticed for other tables regardless of waiter. For $10 I got the pleasure of trying the "spicy burrito". For sure more "Tex" than "Mex". It had a kick, but not to the point I would need to have a ready supply of something cold to drink. It is hot enough to probably not be for someone sensitive to spice. With a rich, mosquite sort of flavor with hints of cilantro or other spices with beans, rice, and beef; it was actually pretty good. Plus it comes in a pretty...
Read moreThis is hands down the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. My partner and I were in Tullahoma for 2 nights, and both nights we stopped by La Fiesta for food- we couldn’t help but come back the second night because of how scrumptious our meal was. Our favourite meal was the chimichanga plate with grilled chicken. The outside covering of the chimichanga was so soft but still crisp and crunchy, and after breaking into the shell you experience the most flavourful grilled chicken, grilled and seasoned to perfection. The plate is served with refried beans, lettuce, salsa, and rice and it makes for a hearty and delicious meal. The service was also phenomenal, with meals arriving very quickly, and servers being incredibly helpful and attentive. We are from Canada, and now we’re really hoping to find something even nearly as close to as good as La Fiesta. If you’re considering going here, don’t question it one...
