Typically I love Wendy’s, but after this I will NEVER return to this location! I have never felt so angry and disrespected. WARNING TO ALL WOMEN if you want to be treated with an ounce of respect and equality do not support this business! At 5:35 I hopped into the drive through and ordered nuggets, a 4 for 4, and a bacon and cheese potato. At 5:37 I paid for my order and was asked to pull forward because the nuggets were being cooked. Around 5:42-5:45 my order came out and it was missing the potato, the fries had no salt, and all of my dipping sauces were missing. No big deal, I immediately called and asked if they could please bring me my potato and sauce. After ten minutes had passed of waiting for the potato to arrive I started to get frustrated because it shouldn’t take that long and by now my food was soggy from steam being trapped in the bag and the food was at best lukewarm. I decided at 5:47 to call again, now having waited around 15 minutes for one potato and now cold food. After the phone was ringing and ringing, someone finally answered. The first person I talked to was incredibly rude and acted as if I was lying, and then I was transferred to the manager. He wasn’t the nicest and obviously frustrated with his teams lack of fulfilling their responsibilities. We were talking and he asked if I wanted the whole meal replaced and I said since I have ice cold and soggy food, yes I would like my meal replaced and he said and I quote, “get back in the line and tell them at the window to get it replaced.” Perfect! I thought everything was on track so I wouldn’t have an awful meal. Unfortunately when we wrapped around the building the line was quite long. We ended up waiting until 6:20 to make to the window. By this point I had been at Wendy’s for nearly an HOUR!!! At the window the worker rudely shoved a bag in my face without saying anything and we had to tell him that this isn’t my order and that the manager told me to tell you to replace my meal. This worker looked so burdened and annoyed and slammed the window without saying a word. We could here arguing and yelling about us in the restaurant and then the manger come storming around the corner. He opens the window and starts to yell, “SWEETHEART, I am NOT replacing the meal. I’ll give you potato, but I NEVER SAID I would replace the meal!!” Boy, the audacity to call me “sweetheart” and act like I am so stupid and being completely unrealistic for wanting my meal replaced. I asked to please get the meal replaced since it had been nearly an hour. He replied, “I AM NOT REPLACING YOUR MEAL!!!” Then, he practically chucked a potato at us and slammed the window before I could reply. I was going to ask for a refund since I had been then an hour and treated so horridly. I have never met such a sexist and inconsiderate manager. I am appalled that Wendy’s accepts this type of behavior and when I tried to talk to one of their agents online they never answered. I have never been so angry and I can for sure say the any fast food place in Tullahoma will be 1000% a more enjoyable experience! Don’t waste your time or money at...

With that being said the lady at the drive thru seemed to be fairly new still yet she was not pleasant at all to talk to. They took my money then came back 2 minutes last asking me for a payment for another persons order. Gave me wrong food, wrong size drinks, and stingy stingy about handing out extra sauce. After I seen my food wasn’t what I ordered had to go back thru no apologies nothing just looked at me like I was bothering them and shut the window opened it and gave me the correct food … But by then everyone else’s food was cold and it’s just very annoying and frustrating that when we are buying whatever we decide to eat that day it’s going g to cost you .. just thought maybe I could get out of cooking and kids get what they want it’s a win win. If this was the only place to eat out I wouldn’t ever go to it. It was that bad!! I can get past the rude TUDES.. but the smashed slop sandwiches and other cold food that they sadly served us … Oh yeah and I think we got like 10-12 fries in our fry box too. If you want to waste your money and have time to wait for cold food (long wait too) for whatever reason idk then this ur place! If not then thank urself bc ur not wasting ur money and keeping...
Read moreOn February 18th @11:00pm I Ordered a Dave’s Double, Medium Fry tried to get a frosty but the machine was down, a biggie bag they were out of bacon for my double bacon sandwich .., fries for biggie bag were cold as ice 🧊 then they forgot the medium fry asked for them to be fresh they tasted like they put them back in the grease for a few seconds and heated them up That was made and handed out by night shifts manager …. I called and complained (Never ate the food and still have it! The night shift female manager was nice and kept saying have a blessed day
So I was granted a remake order for the next day February 19th around 1pm the man manager on day shift refused to remake one item claiming night shift didn’t write it down even though I had my receipt so I called and told him he said just come back and I’ll give it to you cause I already explained I couldn’t remake it there is nothing I can do and he hung up in my face … by that time my husband was already going to be late for work so I never got my burger from the biggie bag …. I’m definitely calling corporate ! I tried to get the man’s name but he refused not sure if he is even a manager or not but my husband said he was wearing...
