They have gone overboard with cutting costs and/or reducing waste. Not only are their portions seemingly noticeably much smaller than other locations, I believe it would be easier to talk a gung-ho retired U.S. Marine into burning the flag for fun than receiving more than a single pkg of sauce to share on 4 combo meals. If luck is on your side, you might get single napkin to share. Initially I thought, "it happens," but when I used their restroom to wash my hands, the thrift became a litlte more obvious. The paper towel dispenser had been set for about 2 inches; just enough to let you know they the machine isn't empty but not enough for you to actually use. With all this being said...it makes me wonder, are they as "thrifty" with their cleaning supllies or refrigeration, etc and/or do I really want to think about how the employees wipe their hands when they leave the restroom? The employees were kind and friendly. Luckily for the locations owner/manager they have very friendly and efficient staff otherwise, in all honesty, I dont think they'd...
Read moreYears ago i used to enjoy arby's. 9/10 times these days I am just disappointed! NOT AT JUST THIS LOCATION! Quality sucks at all of them. But once a blue moon they are good. But this trip i wasted my money and time entirely ! Did drive though. Waited forever. Drink was off on tase. Tried a slider and couldn't finish one bite. The curly fries were not curly and not fully cooked. Didn't have time to go back through drive through . I was un able to get out and go in. Back was hurting extremely bad that day. But the only way to get anything decent is to customize something and pay waaayyy to much. Just to be let down 9/10 times. You say you have the beef. But bad quality anymore on most...
Read moreThis Arbys has been here ever since I can remember. It's weathered the fall and resurrection of the Crystal City shopping center. During lunchtime, you get that old school West Tulsa feel of refinery railroad workers taking time to go enjoy a delicious roast beef sandwich in their fire retardant overalls. If you go in the early afternoon, you get to see a host of older folks enjoying their afternoon. After school, polite Webster High School students congregate here as a stopping point on their walks home. It is a chain restaurant so I don't have a lot to say about it. They have the same deals as any other Arbys across...
