I don’t normally leave bad reviews because I realize that sometimes things just happen, but this Braums location has horrible service. My husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered a large cup of ice, a small shake, and a double dipped cone. It was a little late and I’m 36 weeks + 3 days pregnant or we probably just would’ve went inside, but that’s beside the point. We pulled up to the window to pay and the guy repeated our order then told us our total which we paid. We then proceed to pull up to the next window where they hand us our shake and cone. They noticed we didn’t drive off so they asked if we were waiting on something else, to which we responded, yes, the large cup of ice. The employee came back with a little plastic cup and told us that this was the size we were charged for and that they don’t have time to charge us for our original order because they have a line and couldn’t remake the cup of ice. After again refusing to give us the large cup of ice we ordered, we wanted to speak with the manager. The manager came to the window and automatically jumped to telling us it would be $1.36 for a large cup of ice. Aside from the fact that a cup of ice is normally under $1, we had also already paid for a cup of ice so the price still seemed a little ridiculous. But again, I’m pregnant so I just went ahead and paid rather than continue arguing about it. Having said that, we will likely never return to this location solely due to this encounter with the manager and the girl that fulfilled our order. I’m not quite sure how a person with such poor service skills was ever promoted to a managerial position, but it was a very poor decision...
Read moreI’m not sure how this place has such good reviews. Maybe the good reviews are older or from the day crew. We stopped about 10:15 to grab a late dinner and restroom break on our way through. The girl working the register messed up placing the order. I didn’t realize it til she walked away because she didn’t give me my receipt. I took it from the register myself. Then she was gone and I just said forget it, we would eat what we get. Ran to the restroom and the new paper towels had just been tossed on the changing table. Sanitary right? No soap. Husband said the mens restroom was about the same with trash everywhere! We Went out to wait on the food. It wasn’t to go like asked, so we decided to just eat there. no big deal except the chairs were all put up(close in 30-45 minutes). Looked for a booth but 1 was taken by an employees stuff, another trashed, and the 2 others were taken by employees sitting on their phones. Another employee was running around talking/yelling super loud with her shirt pulled out and near half undressed. One girl(blue hair) making ice cream looked like she was doing her job and doing it well. She helped us get a bag to take our food to go. They had 1 register open, so all market customers are waiting in a long line. Nobody said hello, thank you, or really even acknowledged that we existed. On top of all of that, the food was disgusting. We stop at braums because for fast food it’s pretty decent and typically a very clean restaurant. Not this one. We won’t stop at this one again on our travels. Not for food...
Read moreThis location has consistently gotten our food orders incorrect. We ordered 2 egg and cheese biscuits, and then 1 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. I took the order home to find 3 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. I took it back and explained that the order was incorrect and I HAVE A PORK ALLERGY so it’ll need to be fixed. They “fixed it” and handed it back. I get home, serve one to my child who does not eat pork, and then open mine. It is saturated in pork grease, pork remnants, etc. Mistakes happen, so I wasn’t upset the first time I returned but after explaining that this was an ALLERGY, I was livid. I called back and let them know what had happened, and demanded to speak with the manager (not typically something I’d do but this would send me to the ER). The manager refused to talk to me and instead had a very young employee try to explain to me that I’d need to bring the ENTIRE order back to receive a refund. When I went back, I showed the manager and he essentially acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and he was blind to the blatant pork all over the food in my hands. Ultimately I did get a partial refund, but it took 3 trips back to the location and over 45 minutes for that to happen. Again, mistakes happen and that’s completely okay. However, sending me back food, even after I explicitly said I was allergic, was intentional...
