It was terrible! They are lucky to get 1 star. I stood in line for over 15 minutes before the line even moved. I finally got to order and paid for my 2 Coneys & a small 3 way. The people in line behind me were one of the Girls family because she was calling her Mom. She rushed to make their orders before mine. And then she started handing out orders to other people that were behind me. I ask if she forgot about my order and she had to ask me what I ordered. I was there 40 minutes. That's ridiculous. Carl's is the real deal!! Their chili tastes like chili, not cinnamon or some funky spice..and it is the color chili is supposed to be, not some grayish mystery sauce!! My wife and I love the chili. The food is great. My only criticism would be the process of ordering. When you walk through the door you tell the person who's making the food what you want and then you have to repeat it all over again when you get to the cash register. It would just be way easier just to order and then they pass the order on to the person who's making the food.
