Food is good! SERVICE ABSOLUTELY SUX! I ordered something. I asked to get black beans on the side no refried beans on the order. Substitute for black on the side, they send me refried on the order anyways, and black beans on the side. Well I told the waitress she goes you said black beans on the side ,but not on the order .. I go no i said no beans including refried on the order.. But I wanted black beans on the side, only black on the side.. Because I hate refried beans, period they look just sickening anyways. And I hate any kinda beans on nachos, I hate refried or black.. But I like black on the side only, black beans by themselves only I Explained.. Well then she brings me the order out has black beans on it this time, I was like damnit! I said something, she said oh no ,I’m sorry. And did nothing it was awful had black beans all over it couldn’t eat it! I said something they tried to charge me $2.50 for extra beans they took that off $2.50.. But would not fix my order again and charged me for it, didn’t eat it to awful had black beans all over it! I was pissed off, the waitress spoke excellent English no accent even,she understood clearly! She just didn’t care or pay attention, and could not read at all between the lines any! Like why would I ask for black beans and it to be on side , and want either on the order ,if ordered on the side. But two times screw up like how hard is it? Jesus Christ!

Group of 8 we were. We sat in the back left room which is large I used two tables for eight of us. I'll start with the good. all our food was very very good and hot and fresh and tasty. Now for the bad ...the server appeared to be in a rush and forgot a few things several times. Now this is Sunday night at about 6: 30. We were one group together and they were two other tables with one being half done with their meal. Now we did place you know a lot of food for a pretty large order that we simplified to go on one ticket for their ease. A quarter way through the meal we asked for some more chips, the first time they came in reasonable matter of time. Then the next time we ask for some more chips they didn't come. We asked three more times probably in the matter frame of 8 minutes. After still not arriving I personally got up from our table and went and asked a person at the food pastor window if we could have more chips please. They said they would let our server know and then a manager said they were extremely busy. Well in our section they weren't busy but first rule in hospitality 101 is don't tell your customers your issues as they don't need or want to hear that. Most people only want to have their issue fixed. Regardless, the chips came just as we were finishing. The person who paid was very nice by leaving a 20% tip. To go order: The food was really good. This was my first time at this particular location. I did call in my order ahead of time & was there about five minutes late. I still had to wait, so I sat at the bar (which I'm the only one sitting there). No one asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I'll order the exact same thing next time, though & take pics I was hungry!! UPDATE Went here last night & ordered to go. I got two beef & chicken nachos with grilled onions, peppers & cheese on top with all toppings on the side. Got ready to eat & the meat was completely left out of the bag. 😮 Called up there & went back to pick it up. The price was different from the last time, even though I ordered the exact same nachos. The manager was very courteous & understood my concerns about the price & also having to drive back up there. The food was very good like before & I'm changing my service rating from a 3 star to a 4 because of the manager. She voided my ticket & assured me they'd do their best to get it right...
