Been going here for years and loved the food and service. But today was a total disappointment. I called my order in after work and stopped by to pick it up and for some reason this Mexican lady working there and took my card and reached around where the machine was facing me and taped the machine then said it didn't go through and handed it back to me to retry. And it went through, so with all this things we hear about people putting stuff in them I decided to check my bank . And it charged me twice so I call and she said her's didn't show that. So I go back to show her what my bank said. She had her manger guy come out cuz I said she was a thief. He agreed that my bank showed it charged me twice but didn't want to make it right. So my bank is going to get a hold of them. Even though we love the food there we need to remember that the family who started this business isn't there anymore and EVERYONE needs to always check you bank. And the workers there are all Mexicans except for the one white guy so I'm wondering if they are legal! But the food was totally awesome. Just plz check ur receipt or call your bank...

I’m visiting my sister in Tulsa, and we finally tried Hank’s Burgers. This place is small, almost like stepping back into a diner from the 1950s—and I mean that in the best way. Very little has changed, and it adds so much charm. Now, the food… hands down the best burgers I’ve ever had. The patties come with chopped onions grilled right into them, the buns are buttery and toasted, and the strawberry milkshake was thick with actual strawberries coming up through the straw. Everything was superb. The staff deserves just as much credit as the food. Even though the diner was packed and phones were ringing, they acknowledged everyone who walked in with a smile. The woman at the counter (I wish I’d gotten her name) was incredible—answering phones, taking orders, refilling drinks, and greeting customers without missing a beat. She managed to handle it all with grace and friendliness, making us feel welcome even in the middle of the rush. If you’re in Tulsa, do yourself a favor and stop at Hank’s. Bring your friends. It’s not just a meal—it’s an experience. By far the greatest burger joint I’ve...

Decent food at best. The things that are negative is the establishment is ran down and in serious need of remodeling and the air quality is not a desirable smell in the back portion of the seating area and the air conditioner is inadequate. The seating is also not good when they are having lunch they mandate that their guests use single seats per person and force customers to move without any regard of their size or feelings. The grey haired older cooking man is a real jackass. I ate there once a week until he felt it necessary to act like an idiot in front of everyone telling his regular guests that they can just move on down the road. They hide behind shirts that say they're Christians but there attitudes and hateful demeanor definitely shows they are missing the mark. Go somewhere else don't support these ungrateful people. I am also going to call text and write reviews on the discover Oklahoma website and request that the commercial be taken down because I do not approve of it having me in it. Lance says shame on this...

I’ve been coming to Hank’s since I could eat. My dad is from Tulsa and every time we would come to visit family from our home in Denver he’d take me and my brothers to get a burger. This has continued for me for nearly 50 years. As I do business in town and I have a lot of family still in Tulsa, I’ll stop by a handful of times a year. In town for a wedding and on my way to the airport I had to stop for for a Hank’s Special. Double, onion rings and. A Coke. It was the Saturday before the 4th of July. And when I got my food I noticed the burger was on top of the rings. And in the picture you can see why. They were inedible. Cooked like 10 minutes past their ideal. They were burnt. Not just overdone. And they obviously knew it by the way they bagged my food. I’m so disappointed.

The epitome of Route 66 charm! Outstanding service from the couple who owns the place. And get this—they used to go on dates there as teenagers, which just adds to the magic. My son and I both ordered the special: a double cheeseburger with mustard and mayo added, large tater tots, and a Coca-Cola. The tots were crispy and golden brown, absolutely perfect. The cheeseburger was juicy and delicious, bigger and better than I expected. The bun was warmed on the griddle until it was soft inside with a buttery, toasted edge. The Coca-Cola was legit too. Not watered down like at a lot of places. Syrupy and crisp, the perfect match for the rich burger and crispy tots. My son gave it a perfect 10, which is rare. Hit Hank’s for lunch. It won’t be your last time.
