What's up with your crumbly bread and I never get receipt Turned March 17th 2022 Up to 2 big kings for $5 which is a great deal but they are out of the sauce that goes on the big king which is OK I just had to put Mayo on it. I guess my problem this time is they never give you napkins how are you supposed to eat that in your car without having an napkin. The girl taken the order was completely awesome she was supernice and and doing a good job. the big guy in there named John was more worried about hooking up with some girl that was in there eating and spent most of his time while I was waiting talking to her and finally they asked him to come help. They would have gained a few stars if John wasn't Trying to hook up with customers and doing his job helping them all work because they were very busy.It would have also gained a few stars from the girl at the register because she was professional and she did a great job and I liked her long braids Finally returned and staff was little better. Food was good and warm. Soda machine out here doesn't have any diet drinks and is out of a lot of their choices and the icing machines aren't even...

I just saw the most disgusting thing the mgr Daniel did. I asked when i was placing my order to make sure it was freshly made. The women made our burger cold ..they took the food back...made it again...and the mgr/Daniel put the whole sandwich in the microwave including lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup and mustard. It was all microwaved together! OMG!!! I said no thank you, I don't like hot lettuce n tomatoes. Made me sick to see that. I refused the sandwiches and he gave me a refund. But what was obsurd was that the mgr followed me out to my vehicle trying to get me to take the nasty sandwiches. My man didn't know what was going on he gave the sandwiches to him and i threw them out the window. Wth....was he thinking! They need to be reprimanded and demoted because it was poor customer service. Btw we had to wait on our food for 35 mins. Lady infront ordered 2 cheeseburgers and she had to wait same as I. This BK is on-point. I regret not jotting down her name, but the lady who took my order was super positive, refreshingly so. She was so positive she had trouble talking, and had to sing some of her words in order to get them out of her,, lest she explode from sheer optimism. Not annoying, planned, or "look/listen to me".
