Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Tulsa

I was getting food for Me and My 8 month Pregnant Fiancé & the Service Was Terrible. I tried talking to the staff But they were Rude. Once I got to pay I Asked The lady Donesha If she could tell them I wanted no cheese or Tomato on my burger and she said can you ask the people at the front? , So I did Then The lady at the front was just Disrespectful. She made them put no Tom or Cheese on both of the Burgers when my fiancé wanted Cheese and Tomatoes so After i drove Out to park then I went to the window & The lady Helped me but she put the wrong cheese. & I Tried to Be respectful but I’m Dealing with a Pregnant Women almost ready to Give birth Who Is Hungry. I understand the night can be Stressful and Their ready to go home. but please Be Thoughtful. I tried to be respectful I even said please & the lady tossed BBQ Sauce in my Bag. I Was treated horribly by the manager Kevin Last night around 2 am. I told Kevin my burger Was Made Wrong and he refused to remake it saying I took a bite out of it ( which clearly on camera I placed the burger in the window for him to see it wasn’t touched and then told me I needed to get out of his line !!! As I proceeded to tell him I’m not going to pull off until my burger was fixed he then tell me he will call the police on me . I was proceeded by 6 Tulsa police at the window witching 2 minutes and instead of asking what’s going on all 6 Tulsa police officers approached my vehicle and began asking everybody in my car for their identification ( which is illegal ) . They ask how I wanted my burger made and I did not want anything but a refund. I believe Mr. Kevin was beyond rude and definitely insisting racism toward me and my other parties in the vehicle. I would NOT recommend them. First, you can only walk up and order or go through the drive thru. We were already almost to the entrance when we realized there was no dining in option. Since the drive thru was backed up, we decided to order at the window. You have to push a door bell when you're ready to order. The problem was, we believe our food was sitting there for a while. They kept serving the drive thru. We waited twenty minutes then asked for a refund. While we waited, someone walked up because they needed hot sauce (they went through the drive thru), the you get girl was rude to her. There was also a dasher that showed up and he said this location is the worst. They care more about the drive thru then the walk up. Yep, we witnessed it.
