Ralph's Hot and Juicy Burgers — Restaurant in Tulsa

Took my mom to a new burger spot yesterday, Ralph's Hamburgers . They have an awesome patio area. I wanted to eat out there, but the sun was starting to point in our direction, so we took the food to go. We ordered a double burger, potato salad, chicken fried steak, shrimp, okra, and slaw. Everything was on point. The chicken fried steak was good size, and fried to perfection. They basically give you the setup to make a chicken fried steak sandwich if you want to. I'm into that. Okra was seasoned well and fried right. Good color and crisp. Potato salad was good. Shrimp was standard butterfly shrimp, panko breading. Good stuff. I've heard their fries are great and seasoned well. I'll definitely try them next time. We had to get a burger since it's in their name, Ralph’s Hot & Juicy Hamburgers . Let me tell you something. It did not disappoint. As soon as I unwrapped it, it had a beautiful soft bun. This burger looked like the ones you see in commercials on the ol television. horrible customer service. Lady at the window is rude.!!!..awesome burgers, been eating here for years. Guess we have to start going down the road. go to Freddies because they have good customer service . customer service means everything.!! you try to ask to talk to the owner Ralph, they say he's not around don't know when he will be here....also have been left on hold for over 5 minutes at a time, drove up there and nobody even at the window...what's that all about ,then you have to repeat order , the person can't write the order down right..Ralphs is going downhill fast.And all has to do with the window person...we don't come in eat your food to be talked to Rude!! my rating: is not because of the food it is because of...

Working in the neighborhood, and not really feeling the turkey sammich I'd packed, so I stopped to try out a new greasy burger. Let me just say- I may have a new favorite burger joint!

Hot and juicy doesn't quite seem to convey the full experience... I wore burger stains proudly the rest of the day. If someone asked, or pointed out the discoloration, I was happy to refer them to get their own marvelous souvenir from Ralph's.

My experience was different than some here in that the lady at the counter was super friendly. Maybe that speaks of my charming personality, and stunning good looks, who's to say.

It's definitely an excellent, and affordable lunch. Do yourself a favor, and stop in. No need...
