The food is AMAZING!!! The customer service is okay most days. The vibe is calm & relaxed. It's an older crowd normally. They do Karokee night I believe on Tuesdays. It's always extremely packed in there. Never really any places to sit, so just be prepared to stand. They don't allow smoking in the building, which is cool. They do offer a back patio for smoking though. They also have music playing on the patio as well. The drinks are amazing VERY strong. I came here just to order some mozzarella sticks and the waitress lady was very rude. I asked once, when the food would be ready, since I had been waiting about 10 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes and asked her again, told her it's been roughly 20 minutes since I've ordered my food. She raised her voice and told me "it hasn't been 20 minutes since you ordered, I wrote your time down on your receipt. This place is always jam packed. I have only been inside once and it's very small,yet the people seem to find a way to squeeze in. The owner is known for having nice venues so this little joint must be no exception. I have heard about the legendary chicken wings but have yet to taste them.
