Ron's Hamburgers & Chili — Restaurant in Tulsa

I ordered to go, two dinners. When I got home, I realized one of which they had forgotten to give me one of my sides. I contacted them and was informed that I could go back up there to retrieve my side, I informed them I would come up there the following day rather than at that moment because I live in BA and they are all the way on Harvard I just so happened to go to that location because I was in that area at the time. when I went up there, the next day I thought that they would at least make one of the meals over considering that they forgot to give me my side, but their customer service is horrible. the manager handed me my side and stated that they couldn't give out free food. The food and service was good, no issue there. Dining room is full of deferred maintenance with 1/3 of lights in the ceiling all burned out, making dining room very dark. Floor is a cement slap, no covering at all, looks awful. There is a shelf no longer being used, and it was just placed up against the wall by cooking area. This place looks like something in Tijuana Mexico on the other side of the border. This is no joke the return vents in ceiling have black dust or grease all over them, likely not cleaned in many months. I will never return to eat there again. First time to this Ron's a little dated on the outside and inside could stand to be cleaned a little better but it wasn't terrible. The waitress was amazing She was so vibrant and full of life and just lit up the whole restaurant talking to everybody. It took her a few minutes to get to my table but it was 6:30 dinner rush so no worries. I ordered three-way spaghetti and a Dr pepper and it was at my table within 5 minutes It was pretty good but the chili seem to be a little bland and a little runnier than what other Ron's tend to have but nothing terrible.
