Tacos Don Francisco Inc — Restaurant in Tulsa

The other location is far superior than this one. I have tried this location several times, hoping that each time it was just a bad day; that perhaps both locations were typically equal in terms of food quality, cleanliness, safety and service. I was wrong, and I will never be back to this location. The last time I was there was my last and final time. The food has consistently been overcooked to the point where the taco meat was crunchy, after 45 minutes of me ordering three $1.50 tacos, I went up to the counter to check on my order - it was never put in. During that time, a Grub Hub driver came in and waited about 20 minutes for the orders food. I watched this happen; she asked around that mark the status of the food, which she was told "10 more minutes", etc. The restaurant was not busy. The driver was worried that the customer was going to cancel the order, and started to panic. She sat down at a broken booth to wait, to which there was NO signage that the booth was broken, and the booth seat and her fell to the floor. The manager and her got into a screaming match, and while the Grub Hub driver should of just left - I tried explaining the situation to what I'd assume was the manager and he put all the blame on the driver and apologized - for HER behavior. He didn't have any empathy that the driver or I had waited a very long time for simple orders, or that the restaurant was being legally negligent but knowingly having an obvious broken booth seat and not putting up a sign. He gave me back my money via cash, apologized, and told me that Grub Hub orders were not a priority because "they're not a customer" - but what about the person ORDERING the Grub Hub food? Are they not a customer? The entire thing was a mess, it was awful to see, and I will never return to...

Up until today, this has been my favorite restaurant. Awesome food. I come by biweekly, or send a friend or my wife to pick it up. I love the food, great, but today they changed the size of their 6 dollar bags of chips. It used to be more than twice the size, and now my hand covers the entire bag. The queso also tastes watered down. I kinda wish I could get my money back, this isn't what I was expecting. I will NEVER buy chips and queso again til the fix the sizing. And to everyone else, decide for yourself, but lukewarm queso, and a (free) popcorn bag (like what you get for going to the bank on a Friday) of chips is NOT worth 6 dollars. Food is good but service is hit and miss. I've been here a few times and everyone who has taken my order does not speak English. I'm not expecting them to know the entire English language but a little knowledge of it would help. I'm no saint myself but I can say a few things in Spanish. The restaraunt is a good size and can seat a good crowd. A lot of the seats in the booths are all torn up and not very comfy to sit in. There are a lot of dirty tables at times too. Also they don't have napkins available at the tables which I find a bit strange because then you have to constantly ask for them. Food is delicious though, so if the negative things I mentioned don't bother you then definetly give this...
