my screen went out on my iphone14plus. i took it to a place in jenks where the guy tried two different replacement screens and my screen still wouldn’t work. i was caving about buying a whole new phone all together when i came to this location.

after talking with Kahn he said he wanted to try to replace the screen. i told him the other guy had already tried two different screens but why not try one more time before the big purchase of a new phone when my 14plus isn’t even paid for yet.

Kahn was able to restore my screen in perfect working condition in a third of the time it took the other place to unsuccessfully fix my phone.

i am so ecstatic that i visited this location and will definitely keep them in mind for all of their cute phone cases and accessories.

Jesus (& the other gentleman also working evening I finally squeezed time to come in) at the 21st Street store was more than helpful. With busy work schedules, I felt bad as less than an hour until close yet they still were super helpful. I not only ended up with a much needed upgrade but a charger, case, and screen protector all in one stop thanks to their assistance & patience.
