This was the worst visit I have had here. I visited here 1/8/25(530am) The lady told another customer and I to use the Kiosk, as soon as we walked in. First of all I hate those thing.
Anyways the other customer was having issues with his kiosk and she helped him through the menus and I thought I ordered a sausage egg and cheese breakfast meal with a large OJ. The other customer's kiosk had a issue and she finished his order the old fashion way and walked away.
My order is finished and I see that the OJ is small and I tried to say I wanted a large OJ and I wasn't given that choice on the kiosk. She got all upset, and yelling at someone in the back of the restaurant and walked away . Another employee took over and processed to give me a large and he was going to charge me the difference. So he rings it up on the register and it came up as $4.5+. I asked him why was it so expensive when I already had paid for a small and I just wanted a large. He basically walked away and said to keep it.
After I left, I then realized I had not ordered a sausage egg and cheese, as I just got a sauce and no cheese.
This is why I hate the kiosk they are not set up correctly to help you select what you want in the most convenient way. You would think they would ask you if you would like a small or large OJ after you select the drink, but it does not. You would also ask if you would upgrade to the cheese version of the breakfast sandwich before finishing your order to, but it does not. Or is should say sausage and egg, no cheese on the kiosk to let you know you are not ordering the corrd t breakfast sandwich.
Also the kiosk take to dam long to order. When it only take a few seconds to order at...
Read moreThis particular McDonald's usually makes my order wrong on something in my purchase. I'm not picky either. Usually I order (2) 10 piece nuggets ( no sauce), (2) Big Mac meal SW/ coke or (2) 2 cheeseburger meals w/ comes, and a small strawberry banana smoothie. Not too difficult. Inevitably they will forget one of the burgers or an order of the french fries, etc.
One time they even forgot the burger on more than one burger. I had ordered 20 double cheeseburgers off of the value menu for some friends that were over and when I got them home we realized that the meat was missing completely from 6 of the burgers. They were only cheese, bun, and condiments. One meat patty was missing from another (4) of them, and the other half they managed to make right.
Question...
HOW IN THE HECK DO YOU FORGET TO PUT THE MEAT ON JUST 1 HAMBURGER WHEN YOU WORK AT A BURGER JOINT?
... Their fries are always cold and nasty as well.
Hint...
To get fresh, hot fries from any quick burger joint, ask for "No Salt" on your fries. All of the fries in your order. They will have no choice but to make you new ones. Keep in mind it will take 3:30 min...
Read moreIdk what this world has come to but my grandpa treated me to lunch here sometime ago and we were both shocked by the fact that when you walk in you don't interact with the staff you literally have to place your order on a screen which is crazy to me because it's almost as if so the staff has an excuse not to talk to the customers. Keep in mind it's been a while since I was at a McDonald's but back in my day if you went inside you would interact with a real person to order food and not have to mess with a robot. We were both super confused on how to use that screen because we are used to either going through the drive thru or actually just telling a regular human being what we wanted to eat. When we asked a staff member for help because we didn't know how to work the machine the guy seemed very irritated that he had to stop what he was doing and show us how to use the computer and type what we wanted to eat. Next time I ever feel like McDonald's I will just use the drive thru. At least with that I do talk to someone. I hate that our world is evolving on mostly robots...
