Los Toros — Restaurant in Tupelo

I must have caught this restaurant on a bad night. I ordered (for pick-up) the Fajitas Jalisco with no beans, no rice, no tortillas, and a side of guacamole. The amount I was charged was several dollars more than what was posted on their online menu. The meat and vegetables seemed like they had been steamed rather than seared, as there was absolutely no browning and the texture was offputting. Worse yet, it was completely unseasoned, with no salt, spice, or heat. The lettuce/pico/sour cream side was sitting in a deep puddle of water. Loved stopping at this busy but efficient Mexican restaurant on the way home to Georgia. I got takeout because as usual it was Di, the dogs, and the Durango that were making the trip. I got salsa and chips which were both fantastic. Also got an easy to eat in the car…Mexican Shrimp Cocktail. Wow!!!! People working there were so friendly and helpful and talkative. Me and my Father was traveling thru Mississippi going towards Memphis TN! I google a mexican restaurant, and this one came up! I was a little disappointed because it had a few reviews, but when I arrived, they sat me and my father fast, and food was hot and ready , the service was great, and everything was perfect!
