I usually would never make a post like this, but the absolute ridiculousness I just experienced at the McDonalds on Eason Blvd is beyond me.
I ordered the collectors meal at the kiosk. They put my food on the counter and my cup wasn’t in the bag. A few seconds later they come back with another bag and I walked up to look and it was the cup. I took it to the table and proceeded to eat my meal. Another lady ordered behind me, and was missing a cup. I heard the lady behind the counter start saying “she took the cup.” She comes up to me and asked did I take the cup off the counter and I said “yes maam, I did. I ordered the collectors meal” She starts being ugly asking me where I ordered from and tells me the kiosk didn’t ring it up as the collectors meal and telling me they haven’t had anymore issues. The machine was out of paper so I didn’t have a receipt to show. She goes to the back and I keep eating, she comes back on the phone with someone. She tells me again that I didn’t order the collectors meal, so I ask if she can refund me and let me pay for the price of the meal. She tells me since I already ate my food that she can’t do that. I tell her I’m not asking for them to give me more food, I’m asking to pay for the meal so it will account for the cup in their system. I asked to speak to whoever she was on the phone with, and she says “she gonna tell you the same thing” After explaining the whole situation she told me I could come back tomorrow when she was there and “figure it out” I told her we didn’t live close and she said “oh, well” The worker goes to the back again, comes back and says “Did you pay cash or card” I said card and she says “you owe 3 dollars” then charges me .38 cents I’m assuming out of angry typing on her little register. The meal was 12.38 and I ended up paying a little over 10 dollars which is still wrong and I told them multiple times I would pay for the whole meal. She proceeds to snatch the receipt and crumble it up in front of my face. I will absolutely never be back. All over dang...

So far this trip has shown me nothing but the opposite. This mornings experience at this McDonald’s was the worst so far. I tend to skip most drives thrus and walk in to place my order. Today was no different. In walking in I heard simmering yell at me that I had to use a kiosk, to which I replied I don’t know how, I need assistance. I stood and waited for almost ten minutes before I saw anyone again. All the while I observed 2-3 signs prominently placed behind the cash register and next to where you pick up your food on the wall that states if you need assistance, we would love to help please ask a crewmember. So when I finally saw someone again, I asked for help. She pointed at the kiosk and said I had to order there. I again said I don’t know how, I am in need of assistance as your multiple signs advertise you offer. By this time two other ladys have peeked around the corner, and they are now all laughing and giggling. I asked again if anyone was going to help me. She replied, can’t you see I’m busy and don’t have time. So I asked again, is anyone going to help me, I’ve already stood here for ten minutes I need to get to work. She ignored me and walked away.
You have a service based business, with no service. How in the world is that ok? If you are ok with being treated that way, or working at this McDonald’s with no employee discount, benefits or pay, I suggest...
Read moreUpdate: apparently, I can't make a new review, but I wanted to tell everyone that this McDonalds is FULL OF BLACK MOLD! The employees are mostly children who do not even know how to break down the tea jugs or ice cream and coffee machines. The ice machine is caked in black mold and they still give customers ice out of it 🤮🤮. I'm so disgusted knowing I've taken my kids here to eat. DO NOT GO HERE! You will be sick!!!!
Absolutely terrible service here. There was no caramel, hazelnut, or whipped cream. We paid extra for all this stuff in the drinks with no refund. We had all our drinks switched to mocha. We made it home and there was a fly in one of the drinks!! I drove all the way back, and the employees were rude about having to remake the drink. I asked for a side of slivered onions and Mac sauce (pictured), and they barely put anything in them. The tartar sauce was in the box instead of on the filet-o-fish (pictured). The hamburger (pictured) was supposed to have extra pickles, and there is barely any sauce on it. I was not rude and did nothing to warrant rude behavior from the employees.
