Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Tupelo

OK. So, yes I am from out of town. And it's a busy Friday night. So after listening to the regurgitated recorded babble for too long waiting in a holding pattern listen to how my phone call wasn't necessary? And I could order on line? Hung up. Ordered on line. Wanted the ZIP code for my home billing address. Defaulted to pick up only. Can't get delivery at home. BUT I am on the road just a few miles away... HAD to call the store. Again. FINALLY got the order done. Delivery was fine. But what a pain in the ass to get a simple pizza and wings order in. Hate being told by a recording that my call was unnecessary, then a fail with the web site, and having to call. And may also look at other options after popping off around $60.00 for delivery pizza and wings. Was good when it got here. Not sure it...

Tried to call and get pizza delivered to a friend and first the lady that answered the phone was rude. This lady didn’t say “thanks for calling how can I help you?” It was more of a “what do you want?” attitude we said we would like to place a order please. The lady said “well it’s a 2 hour wait right now” (which I understand that’s out of there control and it happens) be we didn’t even get an “I’m sorry” or anything! This lady needs a training on customer service and how to talk to people! And the cherry on top of this beautiful conversation is she doesn’t even say “goodbye, sorry or I hate the wait is so long” she just hung up! I will NEVER call this place again. I would rather drive to the other one even though it’s “out of district” for...

Waiting way too long for my order which was supposed to be here almost a half hour ago. Not worth it, next time I will order from the hotel restaurant it can't be worse than this.

I wanted to update this review. Pizza arrived at 10, cold. I suspect because of staffing issues they held my gluten free pizza until a 2nd order for regular pizza was done for the same location. You can't do that with gluten free pizza- it loses its warmth really quickly. I complained to the restaurant and the manager apologized and did promise to make it right.
