Me and my family stopped for breakfast this morning. It took a long time to get waited on and then took even longer to get our drinks which were coffee and chocolate milk. Our food finally came out and my wife didn’t receive her toast…the eggs and potatoes were cold and chicken sausage was pink in the center. My silverware was not clean. When I voiced my concerns the owner got very defensive and loud with me. She also told me I was the one being rude. Needless to say I will never step foot in that establishment again and would not recommend anyone going there to eat. Just because your one of the only local restaurants and locals come because of that does not give you the right to be rude to other customers when they inform you that things were not right. Your standards for yourself and your business should be higher. Also I will add that the booth seat we sat in was all ripped up on the seat and almost had a complete hole in it..my daughter wanted to switch seats so In doing so the entire bench cushion slid forward almost completely coming off…I new the previous owners and things were better this new owner seems like since she bought a business that was established and sees that it’s a local hotspot in a little country town that her business is safe and only cares about making money not hospitality…..now I will say there are staff that work there that are amazing at what they do Kim being one of them quite frankly, she would make a better owner..and you can be sure the word will be spread to...
Read moreMy family stopped by R&R TinCup 30 minutes before closing time on a Sunday. The waitress still welcomed us and we ordered quickly. I got a burger, my husband ordered a grilled cheese and bacon sandwich, and my son got a cheeseburger. We all LOVED our meals. My husband said it was the best grilled cheese sandwich he ever had, and I completely cleared my plate of the TinCup Burger that I ordered (SO juicy and delicious!) My son who is a picky eater yelled out, "This is the best burger! I give this place 5 stars!" He's pictured here with his lunch. Staff is friendly and made us feel welcomed. We realized we sat at a table that was dedicated to the memory of a gentleman who had frequented the restaurant often, which shows how much they value their customers and treat them like family. We would definitely go back if we are in...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I have been wanting to check this place out for a while now because we love diner looking restaurants and we live close by. As soon as we walked in, we did not feel welcomed at all. The waitress that was serving us had an attitude the whole time while taking our order and seemed like she was rushing us. She also seemed to pay more attention to a group of men more than everyone else inside (I am guessing the group of men are regulars). She gave us no napkins, I had to ask another waitress for the napkins. The teriyaki chicken sandwich I ordered was very slimy as well. Then when it was time for us to cash out, she asked my boyfriend rudely and loudly how much we were going to tip her making him feel obligated to tip her an amount she didn’t deserve. We will not be coming back to eat here. Bad...
