Subway — Restaurant in Turlock

Just left subway put in a online order as soon as I got there. I wanted the bogo deal online only. No one in the entire store for the first 10 minutes I was there ordering online. Manager slicing meat and a guy standing ready to make my order. As soon as I paid online my online order came in Super quick. The manager let's me know she received my order but I'll have to wait because she now will make a online order before ours. So we wait. 3 more customers come in after me. The young man is making my sandwiches he asked which veggies we would like. The manager takes my 2 ham sandwiches pushes them to the side and continues to make her online order. Then has the other guy start the customers behind me. now the people behind me are now in front of me. So now I'm waiting for them to hand me my prepaid sandwiches that are now wrapped and just sitting there. I asked could you please hand me my sandwiches so I can leave. But now im waiting for the people behind me to check out first. My kids parked right out front and it's now been 20 plus minutes. Meanwhile I ask for 3 churros as soon as they received my online order . I reminded the manager about my churro 3 times. Needless to say I left with no churros no thank you have a nice day. Nothing. But the customers who came after me were treated with quick and nice customer service. Really bad experience. The staff was great but the manager directed the staff to help the people behind me before me and the other online orders before mine. They were just doing what they were told...

Went in on Saturday around lunchtime, it got moderately busy quickly with about 4 people waiting behind me. I asked the sandwich artist if she knew whether or not the veggie patty at this location was vegan. She wasn't for sure if it was or not but offered to check the ingredients; I told her don't worry about it I'd get something else to not hold up the line. She disappeared into the back for a minute and then came back and let me know there was no milk or eggs in thr ingredients, but that they were processed in a factory where those ingredients are used. So I was able to order the veggie patty as it was vegan! I so appreciate that she took the time to check despite being busy, and didn't make me feel rushed. They got everyone taken care of quickly. The bread was soft and fresh, all of the veggies were crispy and had good flavours. When I ordered the sweet onion sauce she let me know that they had changed the sauce to include teriyaki, to make sure I would still like that. Both women working were attentive to detail and very polite. I will add this to my list of places to grab a vegan...
