I purchased tickets for the Felipe Esparza show held this past Saturday 1/26 (He was great). Upon arriving, we had an usher show us to our seats, which were already taken by two other people. My husband and I were passed off to an usher at another door, who again walked us to our taken seats, this time accompanied by a security officer. Nothing was done to resolve this issue, and the people at our seats weren't asked to provide their ticket stubs to show their correct seats. We were then passed off to a third usher, who again took us to our occupied seats. My husband and I were then asked to take seats a few rows back & off to the side from what I had purchased, even though I communicated that we had purchased those seats as a group of 8.
My husband and I didn't get to see the first few comedians before Felipe Esparza went on stage and we had to sit away from our party all because no one wanted to inconvenience the people who had taken the seats that I paid for. This was a terrible experience for my...

They do sell bottled water. Give yourself a good 10 minutes to find a parking spot and walk to the venue, or arrive plenty early to grab one of the closer parking spots. Sound quality is poor for bands as the speakers and instruments are positioned/jammed too close to each other.
