The Tuscaloosa/Northport location, right across from the Asian Bistro appeared nice, but on this day and time the doors were locked, so we had no choice, but to drive thru. After ordering from what sounded like a frustrated and bothered woman, it was confirmed (she was for sure bothered), and then became clear, or safe to assume, that she was the only one working, and her staff (if any) didn't show up (hence the locked doors at lunchtime...and unexcused bad attitude), so she failed to provide friendly customer service. We had to pull around front for her to bring it out. Asking for ranch at that point was even more of an inconvenience (yes, I could've asked at the window, but I was thrown off by her rushy movements and directions) because she rolled her eyes, huff'n puffed, and said "you gon' have to pull back around thru the drive-thru" walks off and locks the doors back behind her. I pulled around easy. She handed me 1 with a blank face. The order wasn't made fresh - fries were sitting and waiting for orders, and not vice versa, so why the pull around and wait? Had me thinking they'd be fresh out the grease hot! Not the most satisfying $28 BK meal experience...but it was...
Read moreGoing through the drive thru this afternoon for lunch... I was ordering from the app/offers and I gave the young lady a code from my phone. She stated it was not coming through. I suggested it was the system that was causing the problem.. In a rude disgusting and ill manner.. She yelled it''s ;not our system" I replied if its giving me the code its something wrong with the system... She yelled again... It's expired!!!! I asked for a manager to assist with the problem she did not respond... I drove off and went to another establishment that had curious employees. This is not the first but will be the last time at this place. I called another BK and asked for the cooperate office number but the young lady gave me the GM... I left a voice message for her to return my call but if she doesn't ... It will tell me even more about the establishment and the people that working there. If you work in the food industry make it a point and find kindness when greeting your customers it not then don't work in the food or any other industry that you'll have to interact...
Read moreI was #2 in the drive-thru line, and I ordered 10 nuggets and a crispy chicken sandwich. I paid, bit did not receive (and was not offered) a receipt. I was asked to pull around because the food wasn't quite ready yet. No problem so far, these things happen sometimes.
Two people who ordered after me received their food. After waiting more than 15 minutes, I went inside to ask. They had not even started filling my order. It was listed on the monitor, but they just never got to it. They did not offer an apology; they just told me it would be out soon.
I waited 15 more minutes, during which time they served 3 other customers. I asked about my order again, and they said it was coming.
I decided to ask for a refund. Ten minutes later, they gave me a refund and I left. They never even started filling my order.
I will never visit this location again. It will probably be a long time before I visit any...
