Hardee's — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

I went to this Hardee's about 30 minutes ago and requested a fresh, hot 1/4 Famous burger with cheese. I told Kyari, the nice young lady at the drive-thru, that when you get a fresh, hot burger from there, it is the best burger in this town. I'm used to lots of burger choices in Atlanta, but as long as I get a fresh burger from this Hardee's, I'm good!

When I got my order, I was pleasantly surprised that not only was the burger fresh and hot, but so were the fries (which I didn't request to be frank)! I had to call right then to thank them. The manager, Alexandria, answered the phone. The way she answered, she made me think she may have known me. She was so pleasant. I was recently passing through town while on a 14 hour road trip and decided to stop at this particular Hardee’s. The 1st thing I immediately noticed upon arrival was how clean and organized this restaurant was. I was pleasantly greeted by a very nice young lady by the name of Jessica. She was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and gave me a complete and thorough rundown of everything that their restaurant offered, since it was my first time ever eating at a Hardee’s. Due to her professionalism and superb customer service skills my visit to this restaurant was awesome!!!!! (As I am often times very hesitant to try new food places) The food was outstanding!!!! Been back once since the management changed. I have to say service was SLOW, the food isn't nearly as tasty as it was 3-4 months ago. Fries were cold and the tenders were really small. Heck nuggets were bigger than these things!. Think I will be going to another Hardees and eat there. The poor gm, bless her heart is overworked and severely underpaid. When she does get decent management under her they leave for better paying jobs cause of not being able to cover bills or not receiving a pay increase as promised.
