If leaving no stars was an option that would definitely have been my choice. I have visited several McDonalds throughout my life and this one was the worst of all. The drive thru was backed up. Inside was filthy and full of a bunch of what appeared to be teenagers who used profanity as if they were in the privacy of their own homes. The girl behind the counter was just ignorant and lost. She should have been fired for cursing two of the children that I had with me. The so called manager on duty acted like she was afraid and was in desperate need of some personal hygiene tips. I complained and all she did was kept her head down. Nobody wore name tags and I assume this was because they knew how they acted everyday and did not want to be reported by name. I argued with the girl behind the counter for a second then I realized I had to compose myself in front of those kids who were with me. The manager didn’t even call this girl off the floor even after she proceeded to use foul language in front of the customers. I demanded a refund collected my receipt, which had no cashier’s name on it and left. I made a complaint the next day through the so called corporate local number they have on the receipt but never heard anything back from them. I believe that if the head is corrupted the body will definitely follow and this is definitely a management problem. This was an emergency stop for me which could have resulted in me being sick but I left hungry and thank God he kept me. If I was starving and this was the last place to eat I would rather starve to death. No professionalism whatsoever. I think animals could run an establishment better than the people who work in this place. There is too much going on in this world to talk to people any kind of way and think that it is ok. Shootings are happening everyday and sometimes it is because of people like the girl behind that counter. I just could not believe how ignorant these children were and how filthy this place was. They have no business working in the public, with people or with animals. I said it...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru. I ordered a sausage McMuffin, a coffee and sweet tea.. I paid for it pulled up to the second window to get the order and was handed a sack and told to have a good day. I asked about the coffee and the tea as she went and got it then.. I pulled forward and open my sack I saw that I got a ham instead of sausage. Go back around part got out and went up to the door only to find that they were locked so I went back to the drive-through. By that time there was a lot of cars. I asked the lady if I can please pull around to the door and I'm headed to me out the door and she said yes go to the front door. I pulled to the front door and there and waited and waited and waited and no one came. So I got out of my car went up and knocked on the door no one answered I continue to lock louder and louder still no one answered I knocked again and then I saw a girl Peak around the counter two of them laughing very loudly and looking at me. When suddenly a lady comes to the door until the situation is she told me she would bring it to me I told her I did not think it was funny that they were laughing at me she said yes ma'am. The white it again and waited and waited and when she came out as she handed me a sack turn around and walk back in I open the sack an order was still wrong this time it was a sausage and biscuit that was crumbling and falling apart by this time my coffee was...

I ordered two happy meals and a McDouble $5 meal. Workers were very nice and calm, never felt like a burden to them. The drink machine was down so they couldn’t offer a soda, and someone had brewed the tea too watery hence my waiting on the tea. They did offer a cafe drink but as I had two toddlers, any of those wouldn’t be a good replacement. Google says it should take 7-9 minutes for McDs tea to brew. I’m not entirely sure on that but I waited far longer than I should have as I saw teas being given out to the other cars in the drive thru. I want to reiterate that the woman at the pickup window was incredibly helpful and friendly. It seemed like a lot was going on in the back that led to a hard day for everyone. The second time I went back to the window she kept apologizing because someone else was supposed to have brought it out and they never did. By the time I got the drinks and could let the kids eat our food was cold and kind of nasty. I’m not quick to anger and I know this was a one off experience and not likely to happen again, just want to make it known that the lady at the window handled it greatly. I never got her name but I wish I had so I could...
